【摘要】:正由于竞争日趋激烈,单位员工面临着职业晋升、成绩评比、人际关系、利益分配等诸多方面的压力,心理平衡状态渐被打破,普遍产生了心理焦虑。单位员工的心理失衡不仅对单位的和谐运转产生了严重的负面影响,而且对单位领导的管理工作形成了严峻的挑战。基于此,本文将系统探讨单位员工心理失衡的常见表现、主要原因,并试图提出针对性的治理建议。一、单位员工心理失衡的常见表现
[Abstract]:Because the competition is becoming more and more intense, the unit staff is facing the pressure of career promotion, achievement evaluation, interpersonal relationship, benefit distribution and so on, the psychological balance state is broken gradually, which generally produces psychological anxiety. The psychological imbalance of the unit staff not only has a serious negative impact on the harmonious operation of the unit, but also poses a severe challenge to the management work of the unit leader.
