关于我国行政组织中人性化领导的思考

【摘要】:正一、行政组织人性化领导的相关理论(一)行政组织中人性化领导的概念与实质1.行政组织中人性化领导的概念关于人性化领导的概念,我们可以从企业的人性化管理定义中找到答案。对于企业,人性化管理是其生存发展的根本所在。人性化领导的核心思想就是对人予以尊重、理解、信任、帮助、培养,同时为其提供更大的个人发展空间和更多的关心爱护,增强企业的整体向心力、精神凝聚力,使员工快速形成对企业的认同感和归属感,并与企业追求的目标和坚持的价值取向相一致,从而激发其创新创造的热情,实现企业综合效益的最大化。总之,人性化领导就是以人为本。
[Abstract]:First, the related theory of humanized leadership in administrative organization (1) the concept and essence of humanized leadership in administrative organization. For enterprises, humanized management is the root of their survival and development. The core idea of humanized leadership is to respect, understand, trust, help and cultivate people, and at the same time provide them with greater space for personal development and more care and love, and enhance the overall centripetal force and spiritual cohesion of the enterprise. So that employees can quickly form a sense of identity and belonging to the enterprise, and consistent with the goal and value orientation pursued by the enterprise, so as to stimulate their enthusiasm for innovation and create, and to maximize the comprehensive benefits of the enterprise. In short, humanized leadership is people-oriented.
