基于云模型可信度的犹豫模糊决策方法

【摘要】：为解决包含可信度的犹豫模糊决策方法研究中可信度定量计算方法的不足,提出一种基于云模型理论的可信度定量计算和属性赋值方法;该方法通过属性云的定义和实现方法,给出对决策者评价信息进行定量计算的公式,基于评价信息包含信任量和最优信任向量的计算公式,提出属性权重赋值优化模型,以改进现有的犹豫模糊决策方法。某能源政策选择问题的算例分析结果证明了该方法的可行性;可信度调整系数和风险偏好系数的分析说明了本文中计算的可信度的合理性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the deficiency of quantitative reliability calculation method in the research of uncertain fuzzy decision method including credibility, a method of quantitative reliability calculation and attribute assignment based on cloud model theory is proposed, which is based on the definition and implementation of attribute cloud. The formula for quantitative calculation of the evaluation information of decision makers is given. Based on the calculation formula of evaluation information including trust quantity and optimal trust vector, an attribute weight assignment optimization model is proposed to improve the existing hesitant fuzzy decision making methods. The feasibility of the method is proved by an example of an energy policy selection problem, and the reliability adjustment coefficient and the risk preference coefficient are analyzed to show the rationality of the calculation in this paper.
