多准则决策中的鲁棒有序回归方法综述

【摘要】：根据决策者提供的偏好信息推断决策模型的参数时,通常会有不止一组参数满足条件.针对传统有序回归方法在处理此类问题上存在的不足,鲁棒有序回归可提供一种新的考虑所有可行解的解决方案.为此,总结了鲁棒有序回归在排序和有序分类问题中的应用;分析了"必然"和"可能"偏好关系在不同决策问题和不同决策模型中的定义和求解方法;介绍了随机多准则可接受性分析理论与鲁棒有序回归的结合;归纳了不同应用背景下的最具代表性模型的选择方法;最后,展望了鲁棒有序回归在多准则决策中的未来研究方向.
[Abstract]:When the parameters of the decision model are inferred from the preference information provided by the decision makers, there is usually more than one set of parameters satisfying the conditions. In view of the shortcomings of traditional ordered regression methods in dealing with such problems, robust ordered regression can provide a new solution that considers all feasible solutions. In this paper, the application of robust ordered regression in sorting and ordering classification problems is summarized, and the definition and solution method of "inevitable" and "possible" preference relations in different decision problems and different decision models are analyzed. This paper introduces the combination of stochastic multi-criteria acceptability analysis theory and robust ordered regression, summarizes the selection methods of the most representative models in different application backgrounds. Finally, The future research direction of robust ordered regression in multi-criteria decision making is prospected.
