换届后班子中的“排异现象”及其防治

【摘要】:正大凡有医学常识的人都知道,若病人的某个内脏,比如肾脏、肝脏发生病变,就需要切除这个病变的器官,移植非本人的器官进入体内,而移植之后就会产生排异现象。所谓班子群体内部的"排异现象",指的是当新成员或新领导调入、调进的时候,原班人马对新来的成员或领导采取冷漠、隔阂、排斥甚至对立、敌视的态度和行为。显然,一个班子、一个单位出现"排异现象",就难以形成一种良好、和谐的心理环境。我们应该承认发生在人群当中的"排异现象"是相当普遍、相当正常的,只是排异的时间长短、严重程度和影响恶

Obviously, it is difficult for a team and a unit to form a good and harmonious psychological environment.
