巧妙应对善拍马的下属

【摘要】:正日常工作中总存在一些善于阿谀奉承、溜须拍马的人,也就是通常所称的"马屁精",他们想尽一切办法揣摩领导的心思,迎合领导的意图。一些领导者在阿谀奉承的轮番"攻击"下飘飘然起来,工作失去了判断力,决策也受到了干扰。甚至有一些领导似中了催眠术,被"马屁精"所左右,对他们言听计从、恩宠有加。这种"领导风范"更加助长了阿谀之风的盛行。明智的领导应当巧妙应对"马屁精"下属,把"马屁精"现象转化为正能量。
[Abstract]:There are always people who are good at flattery and flattery in their daily work, often known as "flatterers," who try everything they can to figure out the minds of the leaders and cater to their intentions. Some leaders floated under the swagger of flattery, lost judgment at work and interfered in their decisions. Even some leaders seem to be hypnotized, "flatterer" around, obedient to them, grace. This kind of "leadership style" has contributed to the prevalence of flattery. Wise leaders should skillfully deal with the underlings of the polisher and turn the phenomenon into positive energy.
