论柔性领导力开发的内涵与实质

【摘要】:正柔性领导力的开发不同于一般领导力的开发。柔性领导力开发的实质在于柔性力量的开发,而柔性的力量不是一般的权力力量。柔性的力量主要表现为亲和力的非职务影响力、文化的力量以及诚信的力量。从这个意义上说,柔性领导力的开发就是亲和力的开发、文化力的开发以及诚信力的开发。实质之一:亲和力的开发柔性领导力的开发首先是亲和力的开发。这是由柔性领导力的本质特征所决定
[Abstract]:The development of positive flexible leadership is different from that of general leadership. The essence of flexible leadership development lies in the development of flexible power, and the power of flexibility is not ordinary power. The power of flexibility is mainly expressed as the non-official influence of affinity, the power of culture and the power of honesty. In this sense, the development of flexible leadership is the development of affinity, culture and integrity.
