当好副职应具备的职业素质

【摘要】：正副职在领导班子建设中担当着承上启下、协调左右的角色,既是独当一面、指挥若定的将帅,又是出谋划策、倾力辅佐正职的助手,需要极高的职业素质。这些素质既包括出色的领导能力、组织能力、工作能力、宏观掌控能力等,也包括对人性、人情的洞悉、参悟和把握。笔者根据多年的副职实践,认为班子副职应具备如下基本素质。
