【摘要】:正在心理学中,众多的个性测量工具都包括内外向性这一维度。人们普遍认为,个体在内外向性方面存在显著的差异性。在日常的工作和生活中我们也会发现,有的领导干部内向些,有的领导干部外向一些。关于领导干部外向些好还是内向些好,众说纷纭,不一而足。一般来讲,外向型的领导更加容易引人注目,显得更有领导魅力一些,但是,为数众多的内向型领导同样也在工作岗位上发挥了重要作用。本文关注内向型领导特点及其领导力
