【摘要】：正党的事业生生不息,似铁打的营房,而一把手似流水的兵。因为"流"所以就有了前任和后任。后任对前任的态度不仅影响个人的感情,也影响党的事业的兴衰。对于后任否定前任的做法,人们经常从道德品质的高度和政治品格的角度加以评判。其实,后任不否定前任是一种智慧。一、从团结角度考量,后任否定前任是失算的不管出于什么目的,哪怕是无心的,只要后任发出否定前任的声音或信号,听到的针对前任的否定必然多于肯定。支持前任的人会因为你否定的态度而疏远你,
