健康环境行动的影响因素及公民参与环境决策的贡献研究

　　在过去的几年中,中国社会中的不稳定因素呈现出增长态势,其重要原因之一是大规模的环境污染。地方政府通常实施不符合环境标准的项目。这种做法不仅破坏了生态环境,同时也严重损害了人们的健康。中国公民似乎不愿意容忍这种污染,并经常表达他们的反对意见。因此,本文聚焦于影响中国公民参与健康相关的环境行动的意愿的可能因素。然而,公民采取行动不仅仅只是为了表明他们对可能造成严重污染的项目的反对。这种（再）行动（主要是示威和抗议）也被认为是公民积极参与环境问题决策过程的一个标志。这使本项研究的第二部分成为焦点,它主要描述了公众参与对（可持续的）环境政策制定的贡献。这项研究从分析中国的文化和政治背景开始。就文化背景而言,本研究试图对文化与中国公民参与健康相关环境行动的意愿之间的可能联系提供见解。本文详细阐述了五个文化理论,即霍夫斯泰德文化理论,罗兰·英格尔哈特的世界价值观（分析）,施瓦茨文化价值理论,GLOBE项目和迈克尔·明科夫的研究。由于这些文化研究之间的显著相关性,本文分析了基于Hofstede和Inglehart模型的中国文化语境。在分析两种文化理论之后,本研究还分析了具有广泛深远影响的中国哲学——...
