基于AHP的加纳特马港装卸作业安全风险评估模型研究

港口在全球供应链中扮演着至关重要的角色,因此加强供应链和港口运营可以降低与装卸作业相关的风险,因此,本研究的目的是确定和评估首选的风险管理替代方案,降低危险品装卸期间的风险和危险货物。该研究基于层次分析法(AHP),研究利益相关者对于降低运营风险方案的观点,得出了替代方案,提出了加强港口风险控制管理的措施。本研究将SCOR模型与港口企业供应链风险的结果相结合,根据港口企业供应链运作的特点将特马港SCOR风险管理分为五个模块,其中包括:港口服务系统风险,危险货物风险,港口运营人员,工作环境风险以及工厂和设备风险。共分发150份问卷,共有128位受访者正确填写并提交了问卷,占85.3%的答复率。基于主标准层的权重,风险R1到R5的指数权重分别为0.080、0.366、0.068、0.399和0.087。第一个风险指标-港口服务系统,第三个风险指标-港口操作人员和最后一个风险指标-工厂和设备相对较低。结果表明,危险货物风险和环境风险是最优先考虑。优先考虑的最高选择是防止跌落和掉落的物体(0.188),紧接着是危险的货物缺陷状况(0.153)。最不推荐的替代方法是专业技能和培训,紧随其后的是装...
