IG公司基层员工培训体系构建研究

【摘要】:现在的市场竞争异常激烈,人是最具有活力的因素,员工是企业最大的成本,员工出问题会造成企业最大的浪费,在竞争中处于劣势。IG公司基层员工文化水平不高,安于现状;专业技术人员培训仅限于岗位操作技能,知识更新较慢,公司新产品开发能力不足;基层销售人员培训不到位,在销售中缺乏推销、谈判技巧,市场开拓后劲不足;基层管理人员管理知识缺乏;基层员工培训流于形式,基层员工参加培训的意愿度低,公司在发展中的竞争优势不断减弱。论文从IG公司现有的培训出发,结合国内外企业培训发展现状,运用培训相关理论,采用文献研究法、调查研究法、访谈研究法,发现IG公司基层员工培训存在的问题,并对其进行剖析。围绕培训组织、培训制度、培训课程和培训方法等方面,对IG公司基层员工培训体系进行构建设计。我们着重从对培训需求分析的重视出发,明确培训目标计划,逐步提高基层员工培训操作性和针对性;努力拓宽培训方式,提高基层员工培训效果;继而加强培训效果评估,提高培训成果转化;最终建立培训制度,保障培训顺利实施。各个环节流程有效运转,为IG公司培训发展人才,提高公司竞争力。论文提出,随着企业的发展,客观环境的变化,IG公司的基层员工培训已经跟不上公司发展的要求,需要对其进行优化,使其换发新的生命力。论文对IG公司基层员工培训体系进行了构建设计,希望对同类企业的基层员工培训体系改进有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:At present, the market competition is extremely fierce, people are the most dynamic factor, employees are the largest cost of the enterprise, employees will cause the biggest waste of the enterprise. At a disadvantage in the competition. IG company grass-roots staff culture level is not high, content with the status quo; The training of professional and technical personnel is limited to the post operation skill, the knowledge renewal is slow, the company new product development ability is insufficient; Basic level sales personnel training is not in place, in the sales lack of marketing, negotiation skills, lack of market development stamina; The management knowledge of the managers at the grass-roots level is lacking; Grass-roots staff training is a mere formality, the willingness of grass-roots employees to participate in training is low, and the competitive advantage of the company in the development of the company is weakening. This paper starts from the existing training of IG company, combined with the current situation of enterprise training development at home and abroad. Using the relevant theory of training, literature research, investigation, interview research, found the IG company grass-roots staff training problems, and analyze them. Around the training organization, training system. In the aspects of training courses and training methods, the training system of basic level employees of IG Company is constructed and designed. We focus on the analysis of training needs and make clear the training target plan. Gradually improve the operation and pertinence of basic level staff training; Efforts to broaden the training methods to improve the grass-roots staff training effect; Then strengthen the evaluation of training effect, improve the transformation of training results; Finally, the training system is established to ensure the smooth implementation of the training. Each link of the effective operation of the process for IG company to train and develop talent, improve the competitiveness of the company. The paper proposes, with the development of enterprises, the objective environment changes. IG company's grass-roots staff training has been unable to keep up with the requirements of the development of the company, it needs to be optimized to make it a new vitality. I hope to improve the basic level staff training system of similar enterprises has certain reference significance.
