【摘要】:在21世纪已经进入人才竞争的时代的情况下,饲料企业要想在竞争激烈的社会中长久的生存和发展,就需要积极的培养和激励人才。而实现此目就需要饲料企业人力资源科学、合理的实施激励机制。对此,本文将围绕饲料企业人力资源激励机制这一话题展开深入的分析和探讨,以便可以探究出真正促进饲料企业人才培养和激励的人力资源管理手段,推动饲料企业更好更快的发展。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, under the circumstances of talent competition, if feed enterprises want to survive and develop for a long time in a highly competitive society, they need to train and motivate talents actively. This article will focus on the topic of human resource incentive mechanism of feed enterprises to conduct in-depth analysis and discussion, so as to explore the means of human resource management that can really promote the training and encouragement of human resources in feed enterprises.
