依托高校资源构建体质健康检测公共服务平台的可行性研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨依托高校资源构建体质健康检测公共服务平台的可行性。方法:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和实地考察法收集论文相关资料,数据处理采用spss17.0软件完成。结果:高校开展体质健康检测服务是大健康发展的一种必然趋势,也是市场选择的结果。高校在按照目前服务内容、服务方式和服务特点发展体质健康检测服务,培育体育健康服务产业的同时,如何应对民众日益增长的体育健康服务需求,主动性、特色性、时效性的开展服务业务,满足不同群体的差异性选择,引导体育健康消费,乃至促进体育健康消费升级,是关系到体育健康服务产业发展的重要问题,应该进行更加深入细致的研究。体质健康检测作为体育介入健康产业的一个窗口,应该以民众的健身健康需求为指南,在保证体质健康检测项目和内容与国际发展趋势一致的情况下,改革人才培养模式,加大专业人才队伍贮备,充分利用大数据、物联网等科学技术,实现服务的便捷化、标准化、特色化,不断加强与研发部门和相关产业的协作,为体质健康检测服务融入健康产业奠定基础。结论:1)高校开展体质健康检测服务具有人力资源、硬件设施、研究成果等优势,且形成了相应的特色。2)健身服务需求的市场前景广阔,不同性别、年龄、文化程度和家庭收入会影响到需求的差异性。3)依托高校资源构建体质健康检测公共服务平台需要开拓思路、贮备人才、实现信息交换和共享、强化研发保障的支撑作用。4)依托高校资源构建体质健康检测公共服务平台具有政策制度、人才贮备、研究成果和保障基础,具有理论实施的可行性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the feasibility of constructing a public service platform for physique and health examination based on university resources. Methods: literature, questionnaire, expert interview and field investigation were used to collect the relevant data of the paper. Data processing is completed by spss17.0 software. Results: it is an inevitable trend of healthy development and the result of market selection for colleges and universities to carry out physical health testing services. While developing the physical health service and cultivating the sports health service industry, how to deal with the increasing demand, initiative, characteristic and timeliness of the people's sports health service, To satisfy the different choices of different groups, to guide the healthy consumption of sports, and even to promote the upgrading of the healthy consumption of sports, is an important issue related to the development of the sports health service industry. As a window for sports intervention in the health industry, it should be guided by the health needs of the public. In order to ensure that the items and contents of physical health testing are consistent with the international development trend, we should reform the talent training model, increase the reserve of professional talents, make full use of science and technology such as big data and the Internet of things, and realize the convenience of service. Standardization, specialization, continuous strengthening of cooperation with R & D departments and related industries to lay the foundation for the integration of health testing services into the health industry. Conclusion: 1) the development of physical health testing services in colleges and universities has human resources and hardware facilities. Research results and other advantages, and formed the corresponding characteristics. 2) the market for fitness services needs broad prospects, different gender, age, Education level and family income will affect the difference of demand. 3) depending on the university resources to construct the public service platform of physique and health examination need to open up ideas, reserve talents, realize information exchange and share. Strengthening the supporting role of R & D support. 4) relying on the university resources to build a public service platform for physical health detection has the policy system, talent reserve, research results and the basis of security, and has the feasibility of theoretical implementation.
