基于火力发电企业人力资源管理模式研究

【摘要】:随着市场经济的不断发展,火力发电企业也在寻求新的发展模式。就火力发电企业来说,人力资源管理是一大难题,传统的人力资源管理模式较为落后,致使企业人才缺失,发展水平大打折扣。因此,科学管理人力资源成为火力发电企业的重要工作。本文将具体探讨火力发电企业人力资源管理的现状,以及有效的管理模式,希望为相关人士提供一些参考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of market economy, thermal power generation enterprises are also looking for a new development model. As far as thermal power enterprises are concerned, human resource management is a big problem. The traditional human resource management mode is relatively backward, which leads to the lack of talents and a great discount to the development level of enterprises. Therefore, the scientific management of human resources has become an important work of thermal power enterprises. This paper will discuss the current situation of human resource management in thermal power generation enterprises and the effective management mode, hoping to provide some references for relevant people.
