【摘要】：企业要想更好的适应现代社会经济发展的需求和行业激烈的竞争态势,必须要建立符合本企业发展的战略规划,制定一个相对较好的发展战略对企业未来的发展起着至关重要的作用。本文以HDJH公司为研究背景,HDJH公司目前正处高速发展时期,通过前两年的技术储备和新产品开发,以及对市场的开拓在近两年内表现的发展势头迅猛,下一步如何保持企业的高增长状况以及进一步拓展市场和增加企业的竞争力,所以对HDJH公司的发展战略研究显得尤为重要。本文通过对战略管理相关理论的梳理,运用PEST分析方法,结合当前的行业状况对HDJH公司的基本情况以及外部环境和内部环境从宏观的角度和微观的角度进行分析,在此基础上,分析HDJH公司所面临的的机会、威胁、优势、劣势并构建SWOT矩阵,依据可供选择的SO,ST, WO,WT战略,确定HDJH公司的未来发展战略,最后通过对公司发展战略实施障碍分析,提出了战略实施的具体措施和建议,。通过本文的分析希望能够给HDJH公司在应对目前的金融危机和未来发展过程中起到一定的推动作用。
[Abstract]:In order to better adapt to the needs of modern social and economic development and the fierce competition situation of the industry, enterprises must establish a strategic plan in line with the development of the enterprise. Making a relatively good development strategy plays a vital role in the future development of enterprises. This paper takes HDJH as the research background and HDJH is in a period of high speed development. Through the previous two years of technical reserves and new product development, as well as the development of the market in the past two years performance of the rapid development momentum. The next step is how to maintain the high growth of enterprises and further expand the market and increase the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, it is very important to study the development strategy of HDJH Company. Through the combing of the related theories of strategic management, this paper uses the method of PEST analysis. Combined with the current situation of the industry, the basic situation of HDJH company, the external environment and the internal environment from the macro and micro point of view are analyzed, on this basis. Analyze the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses faced by HDJH and build the SWOT matrix, according to the alternative SOT, WO / WT strategy. Finally, through the analysis of the obstacles to the implementation of the company's development strategy, the specific measures and suggestions for the implementation of the strategy are put forward. Through the analysis of this paper, it is hoped that HDJH will play an important role in dealing with the current financial crisis and developing in the future.
