【摘要】：正公司致力于将"易通"文化——"企业不断满足员工日益增长的物质和文化的需要;员工不断满足企业日益增长的科技和管理的需要",融入"用户满意工程"建设中。上海易初通用机器有限公司(简称易通,英文简称SEGM)隶属于上海汽车工业总公司,是由上海汽车工业(集团)总公司、泰国正大集团易初投资公司、上海市龙华工业公司合资成立,主要生产汽车空调系统、汽车空调压缩机系列、汽车空调储液罐系列等产品。分别为上海大众、上海通用、一汽、二汽、南汽等公司配套,目前空调压缩机国内市场占有率已超过80%。企业要健康发展,必须具备和掌握自我诊断的工具。易通在深入推广"用户满意工程"
