【摘要】:X工程机械有限公司在云南工程机械行业,用20年的发展让只有三个人的小商铺到现在600多人的中型企业,创造了在同区域同行业的辉煌顶峰,但现在也面临着企业发展的瓶颈,从云南区域的一流代理商在短短两年时间内下滑到三流代理商,这不得不说这是企业失去了核心竞争力造成的。产品是厂家生产的,代理商是无法控制,唯一能控制的就是管理和人,管理和人的方向迷失了,企业就无法按照战略目标实施,企业的竞争力自然也就下滑。 员工方向不清晰与企业员工素质能力有至关重要的关系,因为员工素质能力提升是为员工指明方向和前进的道路,为实现企业战略目标缩短进程,也是企业优先同行企业的核心竞争力。本文力求通过对公司员工素质能力现状的调查,即从员工素质能力提升的实际情况出发,又从管理水平、基础教育、服务技能、企业文化多角度分析,最后清晰阐述了加快推进职工素质能力提升工作的重要性和必要性,并为此提出相应的对策和建议。 主要运用文献综述法、结构访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计分析法、评估反馈法的研究方法,对X工程机械有限公司员工素质能力进行剖析,对阶梯式人才进行阶段性素质能力提升,改变市场客户心目中的品牌形象,让X工程机械有限公司重塑一流代理商的品牌形象。这也是在云南工程机械行业首次利用人力资源员工素质能力提升,,让企业重获新生的首次研究型尝试。
[Abstract]:X Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. in Yunnan construction machinery industry, with 20 years of development to only three people of small shops to the present 600 people of medium-sized enterprises, created in the same region of the brilliant peak of the same industry. But now is also facing the bottleneck of enterprise development, from the first-class agents in Yunnan region in a short period of two years to the third-rate agents. It has to be said that this is caused by the loss of the core competitiveness of the enterprise. The product is produced by the manufacturer, the agent is unable to control, the only thing that can be controlled is management and people, management and the direction of people lost. Enterprises can not be implemented in accordance with strategic objectives, the competitiveness of enterprises will naturally decline. The unclear orientation of employees has a crucial relationship with the quality and ability of employees, because the improvement of staff quality and ability is to show the direction and the way forward for the staff, and shorten the process for the realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprise. It is also the core competitiveness of the enterprise. This paper tries to investigate the current situation of the quality and ability of the employees, that is, from the actual situation of improving the quality and ability of the staff, and from the management level, basic education. Service skills and corporate culture are analyzed from various angles. Finally, the importance and necessity of speeding up the promotion of staff's quality and ability are clearly expounded, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. Mainly using literature review method, structure interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistical analysis method, evaluation and feedback method of research methods, X Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. employees' quality and ability are analyzed. Step talent to improve the quality of the ability to change the market customers in the eyes of the brand image. This is the first time in Yunnan construction machinery industry to use human resources to improve the quality and ability of employees, so that the enterprise can regain a new life of the first research attempt.
