【摘要】:甘肃刘化(集团)有限责任公司是甘肃省属化肥生产骨干企业之一,现已发展成为年产合成氨40万吨,尿素70万吨,甲醇10万吨的国家大型企业集团。 “十二五”期间,随着国内化肥供给能力的不断扩大和企业市场化的不断深入,以及市场竞争日益激烈的现实,我公司面临着产品单一、附加值低及物流矛盾突出等诸多不利因素的影响,使企业核心竞争力及盈利水平不断下降,严重制约企业健康发展。 本文通过对国内外三聚氰胺生产技术及市场分析,结合本公司实际状况和产业特点,经充分考虑项目工艺技术、节能降耗、市场需求容量和装置规模的经济性,采用国内先进的节能节资型气相淬冷法三聚氰胺生产技术,开发尿素下游产品-三聚氰胺,延伸产业链,以提高企业市场竞争力,改变公司目前生产经营的被动局面。 三聚氰胺产品的开发可以充分依托公司现有合成氨、尿素生产装置,做到技术、资源、市场和规模的最佳配置,缩短工艺流程,消化现有不合格品尿素,其生产中产生的尾气经氨碳分离后返回尿素装置循环利用,降低物料消耗,减少污染物排放,实现循环经济和清洁化生产。根据项目消耗指标,项目建成后全年可消化约15万吨尿素,相应减少产品实物外运压力,降低了产品物流成本。同时由于三聚氰胺产品单位价值较高,相对物流费用占比低,再加该产品附加值高,市场前景较好,可以增加企业的经济效益。
[Abstract]:Gansu Liuhua (Group) Co., Ltd. is one of the key chemical fertilizer production enterprises in Gansu Province. It has developed into a large national enterprise group with annual production of 400,000 tons of ammonia, 700,000 tons of urea and 100,000 tons of methanol. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, with the continuous expansion of domestic fertilizer supply capacity and the deepening of enterprise marketization, as well as the increasingly fierce market competition, our company is faced with a single product. The influence of many unfavorable factors, such as low added value and outstanding logistics contradiction, makes the core competitiveness and profit level of enterprises decline, which seriously restricts the healthy development of enterprises. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign melamine production technology and market, combined with the actual situation and industrial characteristics of the company, the project technology is fully considered to save energy and reduce consumption. Market demand capacity and unit scale economy, adopt domestic advanced energy saving gas phase quenching melamine production technology, develop urea downstream product-melamine, extend the industrial chain. In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market, changing the company's current production and operation of the passive situation. The development of melamine products can fully rely on the company's existing ammonia urea production units to achieve the best allocation of technology resources market and scale shorten the process flow digest the existing non-qualified products urea. The tail gas produced in the production is returned to the urea unit after separation of ammonia and carbon to reduce material consumption, reduce pollutant emission, realize circular economy and clean production. According to the consumption index of the project. After the completion of the project, about 150,000 tons of urea can be digested throughout the year, which reduces the pressure of physical transportation of products and reduces the cost of product logistics. At the same time, due to the high unit value of melamine products, the relative logistics cost is low. The added value of the product is high and the market prospect is good, which can increase the economic benefit of the enterprise.
