CL公司呆滞料预防及处理方法研究

【摘要】:2012年智能手机发展如火如荼。而被冠以“手机之都”美名的深圳,一直引领中国手机产业的发展方向,本文作者所在的CL公司就是一家坐落在深圳的手机ODM(Original Design Manufacturer)企业,作为ODM企业,由于没有自主品牌,订单自主性受到制约,尤其目前一线手机厂商和运营商中盛行的VMI(Vendor Managed Inventory)管理或者风险共担的管理模式,这就更加需要ODM企业优化自身整个供应链管理,降低成本,避免由于订单变化导致的存货呆滞的风险。再加上手机元器件的价格总体一直处于下降趋势,如何既能满足生产需要,又避免过多存货,成为了一项即重要又复杂的工作。 本文首先对CL公司ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)中历史存货数据进行研究分析,通过数据对比,结合供应链及库存管理相关理论找出导致存货过多的原因,针对这些原因笔者结合公司自身情况和原材料供应商特点提出切实可行的方法和途径,并且为了这些方法的有效实施,从IT(Information Technology)信息化建设方面提供了有力保障,有效地解决了CL公司存货呆滞问题,由此提升CL公司供应链管理水平,降低企业成本,提高盈利能力。 本文中所研究的一些方法,对于手机行业ODM企业减少资金占用,,减少呆滞库存,提高库存管理水平有一定的借鉴和推广意义。
[Abstract]:In 2012, smartphone development was in full swing. Shenzhen, which is known as the "mobile phone capital", has been leading the development direction of China's mobile phone industry. The CL company in which the author works is a mobile phone ODM(Original Design manufacturer based in Shenzhen. As a ODM enterprise, order autonomy is restricted because of the lack of independent brand, especially the VMI(Vendor Managed risk management or risk-sharing management mode, which is popular among mobile phone manufacturers and operators at present. This will increase the need for ODM companies to optimize their entire supply chain management, reduce costs, and avoid the risk of sluggish inventory due to changes in orders. In addition, the price of mobile components has generally been in a downward trend. How to meet production needs and avoid excessive inventory has become an important and complex task. This paper firstly analyzes the historical inventory data in CL ERP Enterprise Resource Planning, and finds out the causes of excessive inventory by comparing the data and combining the relevant theories of supply chain and inventory management. In view of these reasons, the author puts forward practical methods and approaches in combination with the company's own situation and the characteristics of raw materials suppliers, and for the effective implementation of these methods, it provides a strong guarantee from the aspect of IT(Information Technology information construction. It can effectively solve the problem of inventory stagnation in CL Company, thereby improve the supply chain management level of CL Company, reduce the cost of enterprises and improve profitability. Some of the methods studied in this paper can be used for reference and popularized in mobile phone industry ODM enterprises to reduce capital occupation, reduce stagnant inventory and improve the level of inventory management.
