价值流分析在提升TGA公司生产效率中的应用研究

【摘要】:TGA公司作为一家半导体部件封装测试工厂,如何从自身产品和管理角度出发,优化自身流程,对于能够在激烈的竞争市场中不断前进和发展具有重要的意义。本文以TGA公司苏州分公司IC芯片封装生产线为研究对象,运用价值流分析的方法研究TGA苏州分公司COG生产线效率如何能够得到有效提升。 本研究主要有五大部分,在论文的第一部分介绍全球各半导体封装测试企业在市场和技术等方面面临的巨大的挑战和竞争;同时介绍TGA苏州分公司的基本状况,TGA公司COG封装的基本流程,当前COG生产线的基本生产产品和生产模式。 第二部分重点介绍与精益生产有关的相当重要的生产管理方法和工具。首先介绍了精益生产思想的起源和发展过程;其次介绍了传统的大批量生产方式和精益生产方式之间的相似和区别;再次介绍了在精益生产中适用的8大浪费方法,如何用8大浪费思想识别生产过程中的浪费,以及如何进行浪费的改进;接着介绍了精益生产中的一种工具—六西格玛,探讨了六西格玛的概念和应用方法;最后介绍了精益生产中的一种重要工具——价值流分析与价值流图,详细描述了价值流与价值流图的理论思想和具体使用方法。 第三部分根据第二部分介绍的价值流分析法和价值流图的理论方法,研究TGA公司COG生产线的实际生产现状,包括生产效率和生产流程,描绘当前的价值流程图,识别出目前的COG生产线存在的问题,尤其是影响目前生产流程和生产效率的实际状况。 第四部分研究怎么通过精益生产方法中的价值流分析法,对TGA苏州分公司COG生产线进行全面的分析和评估,并讨论制定改进行动方案,实施生产线流程改进,进而达到提高生产线的生产效率。目的在于解决企业目前面临的问题,即需要在不增加投资的情况下,尽量降低成本能满足客户需求的增长,提高企业自身在业界较强的竞争力,支持企业长期增长性发展和扩大市场份额。 第五部分主要根据本次研究,总结发现的问题以及得到的改善成果,同时也看到一些现实的实际问题,而在本次研究中没有得到解决。这些还会继续影响企业的运营,也是需要解决的,希望在后续的工作和研究中能得到继续的改进,以不断提高企业的生产效率,不断提升企业的盈利能力和竞争能力!
[Abstract]:TGA, as a semiconductor component packaging and testing factory, how to optimize its own process from the point of view of its own products and management. It is of great significance to be able to advance and develop continuously in the fierce competitive market. In this paper, the IC chip packaging production line of Suzhou Branch of TGA Company is taken as the research object. This paper studies how the efficiency of COG production line of TGA Suzhou Branch can be effectively improved by using the method of value flow analysis. In the first part of this paper, we introduce the challenges and competition faced by semiconductor packaging testing enterprises in the market and technology. At the same time, the basic condition of TGA Suzhou Branch is introduced. The basic process of COG packaging, the basic production product and production mode of COG production line are also introduced. The second part mainly introduces the important production management methods and tools related to lean production. Firstly, it introduces the origin and development process of lean production thought. Secondly, it introduces the similarities and differences between the traditional mass production mode and lean production mode, and then introduces the eight waste methods used in lean production, and how to identify the waste in the production process with the eight waste ideas. And how to improve waste, then introduced a tool in lean production-six Sigma, discussed the concept and application of six Sigma. In the end, an important tool in lean production, value flow analysis and value flow graph, is introduced, and the theory and application method of value flow and value flow graph are described in detail. In the third part, according to the theory and method of value flow analysis and value flow graph introduced in the second part, the actual production status of TGA COG production line is studied, including the production efficiency and production process, and the current value flow chart is described. The problems existing in the current COG production line are identified, especially the actual situation affecting the current production process and production efficiency. The 4th part studies how to analyze and evaluate the COG production line of TGA Suzhou Branch through the value flow analysis method of lean production method, and discuss how to make the improvement plan and implement the process improvement of the production line. In order to improve the production efficiency of the production line, the aim is to solve the problem that enterprises are facing at present, that is, they need to reduce the cost as far as possible to meet the growth of customer demand without increasing investment. To improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry, to support the long-term growth of enterprises and expand market share. The 5th part is mainly based on this study, summarizes the problems found and the results of improvement, and at the same time sees some practical problems that have not been solved in this study. These will continue to affect the operation of enterprises. It is also necessary to solve, I hope in the follow-up work and research can be continued to improve, in order to continuously improve the production efficiency of enterprises, constantly improve the profitability and competitiveness of enterprises!
