华北油田高技能人才评价指标体系的研究

【摘要】:高技能人才是企业三支人才队伍的重要组成部分,在加快产业优化升级、提高企业核心竞争力、推动技术创新和科技成果转化等方面具有不可替代的作用。对在我国经济发展中起着重要作用的油田企业来说,随着经济结构调整加快和科技进步日新月异,油田企业高技能人才无论是在数量还是结构上,都无法满足我国石油生产现代化发展的需要。高技能人才评价工作是职业技能鉴定的一个重要组成部分,是推动油田高技能人才队伍建设的基础性工作。因此,大力开展高技能人才评价工作,加强高技能人才队伍建设,成为华北油田全面贯彻落实科学发展观、大力实施“人才强企”战略的重要举措。在这一目的下,,本文对华北油田高技能人才评价进行了探讨和研究。 本文首先通过对高技能人才评价相关理论研究的整理和综述,分析华北油田高技能人才特征和评价现状,结合相关高技能人才评价模型,运用德尔菲法构建了华北油田高技能人才的评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法和模糊综合评判法进行权重的确定和指标评价。然后将已经构建的评价指标体系进行运用和验证。最后概括总结得出本文的研究结论以及本研究的不足之处和未来的研究展望。
[Abstract]:High-skilled personnel are an important part of the three teams of talents in enterprises. They are speeding up the optimization and upgrading of industries and improving the core competitiveness of enterprises. The promotion of technological innovation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements plays an irreplaceable role. For oil field enterprises that play an important role in China's economic development, with the acceleration of economic restructuring and the rapid development of science and technology, No matter in quantity or structure, high-skilled talents in oil field enterprises can not meet the needs of the modernization of petroleum production in China. The evaluation of high-skilled talents is an important part of vocational skills appraisal. It is the basic work to promote the construction of high-skilled talents in oil fields. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the evaluation of high-skilled talents and strengthen the construction of high-skilled talents in order to fully implement the scientific concept of development in Huabei Oilfield. This paper discusses and studies the evaluation of high-skilled talents in Huabei Oilfield. In this paper, the characteristics and current situation of high-skilled talents in North China Oilfield are analyzed by summarizing the relevant theoretical research on the evaluation of high-skilled talents, and combining with the relevant evaluation model of high-skilled talents, this paper analyzes the characteristics and evaluation status of high-skilled talents in North China Oilfield. The evaluation index system of high-skilled talents in North China Oilfield is constructed by using Delphi method. AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to determine the weight and evaluate the index. Then, the evaluation index system has been established and verified. Finally, the conclusion of this paper and the research are summarized and summarized. The shortcomings of the study and future research prospects.
