【摘要】:当前经济社会迅猛发展,供电企业在社会生活中负有重要责任。面对当前的电力营销稽查形势,,对电力营销人员,尤其是管理者来说,想要及时快捷并准确的掌握跟踪各项营销工作的工作动态并对突发事件做出快速响应是非常必要的。而当前现有的电力营销稽查监控工作缺乏必要稽查监控的标准和规范,存在着营销稽查监控滞后、系统预警功能欠缺等现象。因此,在对现有的电力营销的研究中,应不断突出稽查监控的作用,对于构建并优化电力营销稽查监控系统,保证供电公司电力营销正常发展发挥重大作用。本文对辽阳供电公司营销稽查监控系统进行研究,对辽阳供电公司营销稽查监控系统的应用与改进有积极的促进作用。 首先,阐述本文的研究背景及意义,国内外研究现状、研究思路和方法以及研究内容。 其次,对营销稽查监控监控系统进行概述。界定营销稽查监控系统的概念,并对营销稽查监控系统的必要性、目的与作用、发展现状进行介绍。 再次,介绍营销稽查监控系统在辽阳供电公司的应用,分析存在问题并提出营销稽查监控系统的改进建议。概述辽阳供电公司和实施营销稽查监控的迫切性,以及实施和建设时的目标思路;分析营销稽查监控系统的总体构架和业务流程和主要成效;提出本系统存在的问题,并对相关问题做出改进优化建议。 最后,对前文进行总结,指出本文研究的局限性以及下一步研究的方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, power supply enterprises have important responsibilities in the social life. Facing the current situation of electric power marketing audit, the electric power marketing personnel, especially the managers, It is very necessary to keep track of the marketing work and respond to the unexpected events quickly and accurately. However, the current monitoring and control work of electric power marketing lacks the standard and standard of necessary inspection and control. There are some phenomena such as the lag of monitoring and control of marketing audit and the lack of early warning function of the system. Therefore, in the research of existing electric power marketing, the function of inspection and monitoring should be emphasized constantly, so as to construct and optimize the monitoring and control system of electric power marketing audit. This paper studies the marketing inspection and monitoring system of Liaoyang power supply company, which has a positive effect on the application and improvement of the marketing audit monitoring system of Liaoyang power supply company. First of all, this paper describes the research background and significance, domestic and foreign research status, research ideas and methods and research content. Secondly, it outlines the marketing audit monitoring system, defines the concept of the marketing audit monitoring system, and introduces the necessity, purpose and function of the marketing audit monitoring system, as well as the status quo of its development. Thirdly, it introduces the application of the marketing audit monitoring system in Liaoyang power supply company, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions for improvement of the marketing audit monitoring system. It outlines the urgency of the Liaoyang power supply company and the implementation of the marketing inspection and monitoring. And the implementation and construction of the target ideas; analysis of the overall structure of the marketing audit monitoring system, business processes and main results; put forward the system problems, and make suggestions to improve the related problems. Finally, the paper summarizes the limitations of this study and the direction of further research.
