株洲联诚集团制动技术公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:21世纪初,随改革开放的不断深入,中国铁路市场跨越式发展,引进国际先进轨道交通技术,快速实现了从直流机车向交流机车过渡,高速动车得到快速发展,通过引进再消化创新,中国轨道交通达到世界一流水平;在全球金融危机爆发后,中国政府加大了在轨道交通等基础建设方面的投入,轨道交通装备行业持续保持快速的增长速度,给轨道交通装备企业带来了新一轮发展机遇,,中国南车集团、北车集团迅猛发展,进行产业结构大调整,重点发展主业,在此背景下,株洲联诚集团凭借自身优势,收购或托管了田心地区的四家制动产业生产厂家,组建株洲联诚集团制动技术公司。在难得的发展机遇下,国内机车制动系统公司因技术相对滞后,交流机车和城轨等新兴市场被国际知名企业暂时占领,国内制动系统生产企业遭遇“过山车”式的市场占有率下滑,同时面临技术提升和生存的巨大压力。 本文首先从外部环境着手,从行业特点出发、结合机车“以市场换技术”的特点分析机车制动系统国产化消化吸收情况及未来发展趋势,然后对株洲联诚集团制动技术公司的内部资源能力进行分析,充分识别企业的优势和劣势,应用战略管理最常用的SWOT分析法,根据企业的定位和发展规划,确定株洲联诚集团制动技术公司“整合资源、精干主业、自主研发、系统集成”产品开发发展战略,同时也对产业群整合后的其它关联企业的业务定位进行探讨分析。 在充分考虑当前众多不确定性因素可能对公司发展战略带来的巨大影响,采取谨慎态度,按照战略悖论理论加强对不确定性因素的管理,高度关注未来情况的变化,探讨公司发展过程中的风险,实行风险防范,对发展战略进行动态管理。为保障发展战略的有效实施,确定了战略实施的基本原则、重点和推进步骤,并制定了相应的保障措施。 通过本文对株洲联诚集团制动技术公司发展战略的研究,希望能够对民营资本进军轨道交通装备制造行业提供借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of 21th century, with the deepening of reform and opening up, the Chinese railway market developed by leaps and bounds, the introduction of international advanced rail transit technology, the rapid realization of the transition from DC locomotives to AC locomotives, and the rapid development of high-speed cars. Through the introduction of re-digestion and innovation, China's rail transit has reached a world-class level. After the global financial crisis broke out, the Chinese government increased its investment in infrastructure, such as rail transit. The rail transit equipment industry continues to maintain a rapid growth rate, which brings a new round of development opportunities to the rail transit equipment enterprises. The China South car Group and the North car Group have developed rapidly, making major adjustments to the industrial structure and focusing on the development of the main industry. In this context, Zhuzhou Liancheng Group, with its own advantages, acquired or hosted four brake industry manufacturers in Tianxin region, and set up Zhuzhou Liancheng Group braking Technology Company. The domestic locomotive braking system companies have been temporarily occupied by international well-known enterprises because of their relatively backward technology, exchange locomotives and urban rail, and domestic brake system manufacturing enterprises have suffered a decline in the market share of the "roller coaster" type. At the same time, facing the huge pressure of technological upgrading and survival. In this paper, starting from the external environment, starting from the characteristics of the industry, combining with the characteristics of locomotive "market for technology", this paper analyzes the localization, digestion, absorption and future development trend of locomotive braking system. Then it analyzes the internal resource capacity of Zhuzhou Liancheng braking Technology Company, fully identifies the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise, and applies the SWOT analysis method, which is the most commonly used method of strategic management, according to the positioning and development plan of the enterprise. The product development strategy of Zhuzhou Liancheng Group braking Technology Co., Ltd. "integrating resources, lean main business, independent R & D, system integration" is determined. At the same time, the business orientation of other related enterprises after industrial cluster integration is discussed and analyzed. Considering the great influence of many uncertain factors on the company's development strategy, we should take a cautious approach, strengthen the management of uncertainty factors according to the theory of strategic paradox, and pay close attention to the change of future situation. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the development strategy, the basic principles, key points and promotion steps of the implementation of the strategy are determined, in order to discuss the risks in the course of the development of the company, carry out the risk prevention, and carry out the dynamic management of the development strategy. And has formulated the corresponding safeguard measure. Through the research on the development strategy of Zhuzhou Liancheng Group braking Technology Company, this paper hopes to provide a reference for the private capital to enter the railway transportation equipment manufacturing industry.
