成品油配送路径优化研究

【摘要】:随着市场竞争日益激烈、石油资源稀缺,加之我国成品油市场逐渐开放,促使消费者对产品服务要求提高,从而导致国有成品油销售企业面临巨大的压力。因此,就要加大力度对整个石油产业链进行优化和改革,积聚力量增加整个企业的竞争力。成品油配送是石油产业链的最后一个环节。它直接面临终端用户,最终实现企业利润。由于我国成品油配送制起步较晚,且受各方面的限制,其管理模式、运输结构、信息化程度等都远远落后于其他国家。 鉴于此,本文在调查研究和实践的基础上,以中国石油集团川庆钻探工程有限公司重庆运输总公司配送优化方案为例,通过研究该公司传统配送模式及流程,分析传统配送存在的问题,运用最短路模型和联合运输模型,实现国内成品油销售企业一二次联合配送优化。 本文通过对成品油配送系统运作情况和配送路径优化情况分析,进而提出成品油一、二次联合配送路径优化方案,并据此建立成品油一、二次联合配送优化网络模型和数学模型。然后运用WinQSB软件求得最短路径,从而计算出在双层次的成品油一、二次联合配送网络中的最小单位运费;接着用spreadsheet万法规划求解出了最优运输方案,实现了成品油的一、二次联合配送优化。 该配送优化案例的重点是优化配送路径,核心是通过优化配送总成本来实现。这不仅可以解决中国石油集团川庆钻探工程有限公司重庆运输总公司当前所面临的问题,也可以把一些研究的好方法应用到与此案例类似的企业当中,以便相互借鉴,科学有效解决这些企业的实际问题,促进企业的不断发展。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce market competition, the scarcity of petroleum resources, and the gradual opening of the refined oil market in China, consumer demand for products and services has been raised, resulting in huge pressure on state-owned oil products sales enterprises.Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the optimization and reform of the whole petroleum industry chain, and accumulate strength to increase the competitiveness of the whole enterprise.Oil product distribution is the last link in the petroleum industry chain.It faces the end user directly, realizes the enterprise profit finally.Due to the late start of oil product distribution system in China, and limited by various aspects, its management mode, transportation structure, information level and so on are far behind other countries.In view of this, on the basis of investigation and practice, this paper takes the distribution optimization scheme of Chongqing Transportation Corporation of China Petroleum Group Chuanqing drilling Engineering Co., Ltd as an example, by studying the traditional distribution mode and process of the company.This paper analyzes the problems existing in traditional distribution and realizes the optimization of primary and secondary joint distribution of domestic oil products sales enterprises by using the shortest path model and the combined transportation model.Based on the analysis of the operation of the finished oil distribution system and the optimization of the distribution route, this paper puts forward the route optimization scheme of the first and second joint distribution of finished oil, and establishes the product oil one based on this.Quadratic joint distribution optimization network model and mathematical model.Then the shortest path is obtained by using WinQSB software, so as to calculate the minimum unit freight rate in the two-level oil product primary and secondary joint distribution network, and then the optimal transportation scheme is solved by using the spreadsheet ten thousand method to realize the one of the refined oil products.Secondary joint distribution optimization.The focus of the distribution optimization case is to optimize the distribution path, and the core is to optimize the total cost of distribution.This can not only solve the problems currently faced by Chongqing Transportation Corporation of China National Petroleum Group Chuan Qing drilling Engineering Co., Ltd., but also apply some good research methods to enterprises similar to this case so that they can learn from each other.Solve the practical problems of these enterprises scientifically and effectively, and promote the continuous development of enterprises.
