深圳市HD科技有限公司员工满意度实证研究

【摘要】:中国经济的快速发展,现已在世界经济体中占据第二位的高位,而作为在这个经济发展中重要的一部分,中国的企业竞争亦越来越激烈,这使得更多的企业意识到作为其向前发展的一个重要组成不可或缺的一部分---员工,企业的重视在此方面亦在逐步增强。同时其为了更好的能够吸引并留住员工,越来越多的企业开始对员工满意度更加重视。 本论文首先对员工满意度国内外研究现状、相关的研究理论及其测评方法进行了整体回顾与学习,亦根据因素理论,进而提出了对深圳市HD科技公司员工满意度有影响的5个维度及其12个因素,并由此展开设计了HD公司员工满意度的实际调查问卷,并提出了本文的6个假设。而后本文则根据其调查问卷的统计结果,对不同的性别、不同的年龄、不同的学历、不同的层级、不同的婚姻状况以及不同的工龄进行了调查结果的统计,亦根据其相关统计结果进行了更深入的分析,进而对本文所提出的相关假设进行了更进一步的验证。亦对假设H1.H4.H5所得出的同本文假设相悖的结论进行了大量的更深入的分析与探讨。 其次,本文则根据调查结果所呈现的员工满意度较差的方面,进行更深入的剖析,亦提出了相关的依公司现状操作性较强的改善措施,为深圳市HD科技有限公司的进一步发展提供了可行之策。而本文的调查设计是具有很强的针对性,同时也是对全公司开展的一个全面性的调查,并通过本次的调查研究为公司全面了解掌握员工在工作满意度方面的最真实的感知,更进一步为公司的发展改善提供理论依据及实际的改善之法。 最后,本论文对此次实证研究的结论、研究特色及创新点进行了总结,亦对其在此方面政府的未来相关政策进行了展望,并对本文所研究的不足之处及其未来研究趋势进行了大胆的预判及殷切的期待。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of China's economy has now occupied the second highest position in the world economy, and as an important part of this economic development, Chinese enterprises are becoming more and more competitive. This makes more and more enterprises realize that as an indispensable part of their forward development-employees, the importance of enterprises in this respect is also gradually increasing. At the same time, in order to attract and retain employees better, more and more enterprises begin to pay more attention to employee satisfaction. This paper firstly reviews and studies the status quo of employee satisfaction research at home and abroad, the relevant research theories and their evaluation methods, and also reviews and studies them according to the theory of factors. Then it puts forward 5 dimensions and 12 factors that affect employee satisfaction in Shenzhen HD Science and Technology Company, and designs a questionnaire for employee satisfaction in HD Company, and puts forward six hypotheses in this paper. Then according to the statistical results of the questionnaire, this paper makes statistics on different gender, different age, different education, different levels, different marital status and different years of service. Based on the relevant statistical results, this paper makes a more in-depth analysis, and further verifies the relevant hypotheses put forward in this paper. The conclusion of hypothetical H1.H4.H5 which is contrary to the hypothesis of this paper is also analyzed and discussed in depth. Secondly, according to the result of the investigation, this paper makes a more in-depth analysis of the poor employee satisfaction, and also puts forward the relevant improvement measures based on the current situation of the company. For Shenzhen HD Technology Co., Ltd. to provide a feasible strategy for further development. The investigation and design of this paper is highly targeted, and it is also a comprehensive survey of the whole company, and through this investigation and research, the company can fully understand and grasp the most true perception of the employees' job satisfaction. Further for the development of the company to provide theoretical basis and practical improvement method. Finally, this paper summarizes the conclusions, characteristics and innovations of this empirical study, and also looks forward to the future policies of the government in this respect. At the same time, the deficiency of this paper and its future research trend are boldly forecasted and ardent expectation.
