【摘要】：正国网石家庄供电公司瞄准"更集约、更扁平、更专业"的目标,以标准化闭环机制为导向,通过建立配网故障抢修一体化管理模式,着力探索新体系下配电网调控运行的科学管理模式,有力提升配网故障应急处置的精益化管理水平,切实保障配网安全稳定运行。内涵和做法国网石家庄供电公司通过创新配网故障抢修一体化管理模式,显著提升配网故障处理精益化管理水平。此创新模式严格覆盖了整个配网故障处理流程,按照环环相扣,建设流程顺序依次执行的一体化PDCA循
