【摘要】:随着世界政治风云变幻莫测和经济社会的深刻变化,,国家改革开放的继续深入,加上国家多项重要改革的陆续出台,使国内经济社会的问题更加突出。许多电子生产企业不得不面对在这种复杂的环境中继续生存或求的发展的难题。在这种前提下,企业无论是求生存还是求发展,他们对此做出的任何战略部署和实施,关键因素还是“人”。由此可见,企业的人力资源状况对企业的重要性不言而喻。 企业的员工招聘管理是人力资源管理工作的第一道关口,对企业的人力资源管理和对企业的全盘工作的开展情况将产生重要影响。 本文首先从员工招聘管理的基本理论作为切入点,介绍了国内外的有关员工招聘管理的理论研究成果,给出了本论文的研究方法和框架。其次介绍了广州添利电子科技有限公司的基本情况和员工招聘管理情况,继而分析了现有的招聘管理体系存在的问题,并提出了员工招聘管理改进的紧迫性和必要性。最后在明确了企业战略目标和员工招聘管理改进原则的基础上,本文研究制定了广州添利电子科技有限公司的员工招聘管理改进方案。此外,本文讨论了公司员工招聘管理改进的目标与原则,明确了公司员工招聘管理改进方案的主要内容,提出了推动改进后的方案顺利实施的一系列措施和步骤,如制定规范的招聘流程、建立科学的员工评估录用系统,新的(改进后的)方案的监督执行等。最后全面分析了实施改进后的方案中应注意几个的问题。 本文通过对广州添利电子科技有限公司的员工招聘管理的现状进行研究,为公司制定了一套符合公司实际的员工招聘管理改进方案。希望这些研究能对广州添利电子科技有限公司的成长有所裨益的同时,也希望可以起到抛砖引玉的作用,能给国内同行业在员工招聘管理方面提供一些参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the vagaries of world politics and profound changes in economic society, the continued deepening of the country's reform and opening up, coupled with the introduction of a number of important national reforms, make the domestic economic and social problems more prominent. Many electronic manufacturing enterprises have to face the problem of survival or development in this complex environment. Under this premise, any strategic deployment and implementation made by enterprises, whether for survival or development, is still "human". Thus, the importance of the human resources of enterprises is self-evident. The employee recruitment management is the first key point of human resource management, which will have an important impact on the human resource management and the overall work of the enterprise. In this paper, the basic theory of employee recruitment management as a starting point, the introduction of domestic and foreign related to the theory of staff recruitment management research results, this paper gives the research method and framework. Secondly, it introduces the basic situation of Guangzhou Tianli Electronic Technology Co., Ltd and the situation of employee recruitment management, then analyzes the problems existing in the existing recruitment management system, and puts forward the urgency and necessity of improving the employee recruitment management. Finally, on the basis of defining the strategic goal of the enterprise and improving the principle of employee recruitment management, this paper studies and formulates the employee recruitment management improvement plan of Guangzhou Tianli Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. In addition, this paper discusses the objectives and principles of the improvement of employee recruitment management, clarifies the main contents of the improvement scheme of employee recruitment management, and puts forward a series of measures and steps to promote the smooth implementation of the improved scheme. Such as the establishment of a standardized recruitment process, the establishment of a scientific employee evaluation system, new (improved) program supervision and implementation. Finally, several problems should be paid attention to in the implementation of the improved scheme are comprehensively analyzed. By studying the present situation of employee recruitment management in Guangzhou Tianli Electronic Technology Co., Ltd, this paper formulates a set of improvement scheme of employee recruitment management in accordance with the actual situation of the company. It is hoped that these studies will benefit the growth of Guangzhou Tianli Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., at the same time, it can also serve as a source of inspiration and provide some reference for the domestic industry in the field of employee recruitment management.
