【摘要】:业务有效管理是企业迅速发展的增长点,如何让业务运行有效沟通、高效管理、实施顺畅,是企业发展过程中必然会遇到的难点和热点。企业精耕细作离不开业务的有效管理。加强业务管理效率,构建统一的业务管理平台将成为企业内部管控的必然趋势。 一汽-大众汽车有限公司自成立产品管理部门以来,一直致力于管理过程的规范化。通过学习德国大众集团产品诞生过程的先进内容以及同行业的先进经验,实施并逐步改进新产品导入管理方式,使得公司在近几年高速发展的背景下,能够通过公司内部产品管理形式的优化适应发展需求,迎接多品牌、多产品、多项目同时开展,并行开发的挑战。相比较其它汽车企业,建立了自身的发展优势。同时相比较公司的过去,提升了企业内部项目管理工作效率,建立了相对完善的项目管理体系。随着部门工作的深入,新产品导入管理在项目工作中的作用越来越突出,也越来越引起公司的关注,如何在现有管理模式的基础上,完善内容,增强执行力度,同时验证新产品导入管理问题改进的效果,成为产品管理发展的重要工作内容。 本文在描述了研究任务和研究意义之后,首先介绍了新产品导入管理的现状,新产品导入管理的主导部门,参与部门等内容。重点讲述了新产品导入管理存在的问题,问题成因,改进方案等方面。最后给出了几点新产品导入管理有效实施的保障措施。 由于本课题是对一汽-大众汽车有限公司新产品导入管理问题的改进分析,在论文的第三章和第四章着重介绍了一汽-大众目前新产品导入管理问题的改进方案和管理有效实施的保障措施。文章对管理问题改进方案和管理有效性的保障措施进行了深入的研究,有利于新产品项目的有效开展和产品管理方式的改进。 文章最后得出结论,解决改进公司的新产品导入管理问题可以提高新产品导入工作的开展效率。提高各部门在导入过程中的工作能力。消除新产品导入项目中存在的种种阻碍因素,使企业的项目管理能力逐渐提高,促进企业管理体系的完善。使企业的新产品更快速、更顺畅、更优质的推入市场,提供给用户。
[Abstract]:Effective business management is the growth point of the rapid development of enterprises. How to make business operation effective communication, efficient management, smooth implementation, is the inevitable difficulties and hot spots in the process of enterprise development. Enterprise intensive cultivation cannot do without the effective management of business. Strengthening the efficiency of business management and building a unified business management platform will become the inevitable trend of internal control. FAW-Volkswagen Co., Ltd. has been committed to the standardization of the management process since the establishment of the product management department. By studying the advanced contents of the birth process of German Volkswagen products and the advanced experience of the same industry, we have implemented and gradually improved the new product introduction management method, which makes the company develop at a high speed in recent years. Be able to meet the challenges of multi-brand, multi-product, multi-project simultaneous development through the optimization of internal product management form to meet the needs of development. Compared with other automobile enterprises, it has established its own development advantage. At the same time, compared with the company's past, it improves the efficiency of internal project management and establishes a relatively perfect project management system. With the deepening of departmental work, the role of new product import management in the project work is becoming more and more prominent, and the company is paying more and more attention to it. How to improve the content and strengthen the implementation on the basis of the existing management mode, At the same time, it is an important work content to verify the improvement of new product import management. After describing the research task and significance, this paper first introduces the current situation of the new product import management, the leading department of the new product import management, the participating department and so on. The problems existing in the management of new product introduction, the causes of the problems, the improvement scheme and so on are described. At last, some measures to ensure the effective implementation of new product introduction management are given. As this subject is to improve the management of the introduction of new products from FAW-Volkswagen Co., Ltd., In the third and fourth chapters, the improvement scheme of FAW-VW 's new product introduction management and the guarantee measures of effective implementation are introduced. This paper makes an in-depth study on the management improvement scheme and the guarantee measures of management effectiveness, which is beneficial to the effective development of new product projects and the improvement of product management methods. Finally, it is concluded that the efficiency of new product introduction can be improved by solving the problem of improving the company's new product import management. Improve the working ability of all departments during the introduction process. By eliminating all kinds of hindrance factors existing in the new product introduction project, the project management ability of the enterprise is improved gradually, and the enterprise management system is improved. To make the new products faster, smoother, more quality push into the market, to provide users.
