移动终端芯片公司关键成功因素的研究分析

【摘要】：移动通信终端是整个移动通信中非常重要的一环,’其发展和繁荣,不仅直接促进移动运营商的业务发展和收入增长,同时也带来最终用户体验的不断提升,所以吸引了众多公司参与移动终端行业的研发和生产。作为这一产业链中最重要的一个环节,终端芯片平台厂商在整个移动终端平台中的核心地位体现在它提供最核心的应用处理器、基带处理器、射频收发器、电源管理等核心的硬件芯片和稳定运行的配套操作系统和应用软件,移动终端的芯片组的性能直接决定了移动终端的性能。本文第一章对移动通信终端行业的现状进行了概括性的介绍,将业内公司划分为国内、国外战略阵营,拟定研究内容为移动终端芯片公司的关键成功因素,在介绍了相关基本概念后,给出具体的研究的方法和意义。第二章对整个移动芯片行业进行了综合的分析,通过分析各家公司的基本财务状况和营收增长情况,找出了行业中的典型公司,然后对研究方法和步骤进行了规划。第三章采用关键成功因素法的方法进行分析,在列举出整个行业的成功因素后,并给出针对各家企业的具体的分析方法。第四章,运用领导厂商分析法对高通公司进行了领先优势和独特经营模式的分析,最后找出其关键成功要素。第五章,运用竞争分析法对联发科技公司针对性地分析其竞争策略,找出其关键成功要素。第六章,运用企业本体分析法从行业竞争性、公司战略对展讯通信公司进行了全面的分析,最后找出其关键成功要素。第七章对各家公司的关键成功因素进行了综合分析比较,并有针对性的给出中国公司的发展建议,同时对本文所进行的研究的局限性进行了分析。
[Abstract]:The mobile communication terminal is a very important link in the whole mobile communication. Its development and prosperity not only directly promote the business development and income growth of the mobile operator, but also bring about the continuous improvement of the end-user experience. So attracted many companies to participate in mobile terminal industry research and development and production. As the most important link in this industry chain, the core position of the terminal chip platform manufacturer in the whole mobile terminal platform is that it provides the most core application processor, baseband processor, RF transceiver. The performance of mobile terminal is directly determined by the performance of core hardware chips such as power management and stable operating system and application software, and the performance of the chipset of mobile terminal directly determines the performance of mobile terminal. The first chapter introduces the current situation of mobile communication terminal industry, divides the industry companies into domestic and foreign strategic camps, and formulates the research content as the key success factors of mobile terminal chip companies. After introducing the related basic concepts, the specific research methods and significance are given. The second chapter makes a comprehensive analysis of the whole mobile chip industry, through the analysis of the basic financial situation and revenue growth of the companies, find out the typical companies in the industry, and then the research methods and steps are planned. The third chapter uses the method of key success factors to analyze, after enumerating the success factors of the whole industry, and gives the specific analysis methods for each enterprise. In the fourth chapter, Qualcomm is analyzed for its leading advantage and unique management mode by using the leading firm analysis method, and finally finds out the key success factors of Qualcomm. In the fifth chapter, competitive analysis is used to analyze the competitive strategy and find out the key factors of success. In the sixth chapter, the author makes a comprehensive analysis of the communication company from the view of industry competition and company strategy, and finally finds out the key factors of success. The seventh chapter makes a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the key success factors of each company, and gives some suggestions for the development of Chinese companies. At the same time, it analyzes the limitations of the research carried out in this paper.
