基于层次分析法的YH公司供应商评价体系研究

【摘要】:随着我国市场经济的发展,我国的服装产业也面临越来越剧烈的国际竞争。在服装制造企业采购工作实践中,对供应商进行选优是最首要的一个决策问题。供应商所提供的原料质量和相关服务,很大程度上直接影响着最终服饰产品的市场价格和顾客满意度。一个长期的优秀战略合作供应商,能够给企业的经济效益和企业竞争力的提高起到非常巨大的促进作用。对于企业来说,不管是从短期降低成本提高利润角度考虑,还是从长期利益角度考虑,都必须对其供应商进行客观的选择与评价。 本文以YH公司供应商选择与管理为主线,用供应商管理理论、评价指标体系和AHP分析等工具对YH公司的实际情况及存在问题进行深入分析,基于这些问题提出了该公司应建立并采用的供应商评价指标体系,并给出了具体评价指标的赋值,最后还进行了实例验证应用。 首先,在总结吸收前人研究成果的基础上,主要论述了供应链环境下的供应商管理的内涵,重点介绍了供应商评价方法的相关理论基本框架,并对国内外已有的相关理论研究成果进行了综述,指出了目前通用的供应商评价指标体系存在的不足。另外,对AHP法进行了详细的叙述,并简单介绍了目前AHP法的应用情况。 在第三章,首先分析了YH公司的供应链管理现状,主要指出存在四个方面的问题,然后对YH公司的这些问题进行了详细的原因分析,重点分析了五点影响的因素。 在此基础上,本文的第四章对YH公司供应商评价指标体系进行了设计。首先确定了YH公司进行供应商选择的目标和评价原则,然后建立了YH公司供应商评价指标体系,共分为三层16个具体指标来进行评价选择。并详细给出了各个评价指标的量化规则。 应用该评价体系,结合AHP法,在第五章对YH公司供应商评价进行了实证应用研究。首先给出了YH公司供应商选择的步骤,然后用AHP法对YH公司供应商评价指标体系进行了分析,得出了各个具体指标的权重值,最后在此基础上进行了实证应用,对比评价了三个面料供应商,并进行了排序,选择出了长期供应商伙伴。最后通过应用AHP法探索出适合YH公司进行供应商选择的量化措施,理论联系实际,实现了本研究的目的。 本文在研究过程中,主要采用了文献研究、实地调研、定性定量相结合等研究方法,充分注重理论联系实际,以YH公司的供应商选择评价为对象,重点围绕实际应用进行研究。对YH公司的供应商选择与管理提供有效的对应解决方案。同时本文的这些分析和研究,也对服装制造企业,甚至是一般性的中型制造企业在降低采购成本、维护稳定的产品生产、合理选择和管理供应商等方面,也能够提供一定的理论和实践参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's market economy, China's garment industry is facing more and more fierce international competition. In the purchasing practice of garment manufacturing enterprises, the selection of suppliers is the most important decision-making problem. The quality of raw materials and related services provided by suppliers directly affect the market price and customer satisfaction of final apparel products. A long-term excellent supplier of strategic cooperation can greatly promote the economic benefits and competitiveness of enterprises. For enterprises, it is necessary to make objective selection and evaluation of their suppliers, whether from the perspective of reducing costs and increasing profits in the short term or from the perspective of long-term interests. This paper takes the selection and management of suppliers in YH Company as the main line. With the tools of supplier management theory, evaluation index system and AHP analysis, the actual situation and existing problems of YH Company are analyzed in depth. Based on these problems, the supplier evaluation index system which should be established and adopted by YH Company is put forward. It also gives the evaluation index assignment, and finally carries on the example verification application. First, on the basis of summing up and absorbing the previous research results, it mainly discusses the connotation of the supplier management under the supply chain environment. This paper mainly introduces the basic theoretical framework of supplier evaluation method, summarizes the related theoretical research results at home and abroad, and points out the shortcomings of the current general supplier evaluation index system. In addition, the AHP method is described in detail, and the application of AHP method is briefly introduced. In the third chapter, the current situation of supply chain management in YH Company is analyzed, and the problems in four aspects are pointed out. Then, the causes of these problems in YH Company are analyzed in detail, and the five influencing factors are emphatically analyzed. On this basis, the fourth chapter of this paper designs the evaluation index system of YH Company supplier. Firstly, the objective and evaluation principle of YH company's supplier selection are determined, and then the evaluation index system of YH company's supplier is established, which is divided into three layers and 16 concrete indexes to evaluate and select. The quantitative rules of each evaluation index are given in detail. Using the evaluation system and AHP method, the empirical research on the supplier evaluation of YH Company is carried out in the fifth chapter. In this paper, the steps of supplier selection in YH Company are given, then the evaluation index system of YH supplier is analyzed by AHP method, and the weight value of each specific index is obtained. Finally, the empirical application is carried out on this basis. Three fabric suppliers were evaluated and sorted, and long-term supplier partners were selected. Finally, by applying AHP method to find out the appropriate quantitative measures for YH company to choose suppliers, combining theory with practice, realizing the purpose of this study. In the research process, this paper mainly adopts literature research, field investigation, With the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, full attention is paid to the combination of theory and practice, and the supplier selection and evaluation of YH Company is taken as the object, and the research is focused on the practical application. Provide effective solutions to YH supplier selection and management. At the same time, these analysis and research in this paper, also to the clothing manufacturing enterprise, even is the general medium-sized manufacturing enterprise in reduces the purchase cost, maintains the stable product production, reasonably selects and manages the supplier and so on. Also can provide certain theory and practice reference value.
