【摘要】：正建筑物总面积超过6130平方米,耗时7年建成,总花费约1.1亿美元(约合6.8亿人民币);来访者进入需要佩戴专门的胸针,否则会被认定为入侵者而报警;当有人走进房间时,地板会根据阳光的强度,调节灯光亮度以及空气温度、湿度;会议室能24小时为主人提供需要的信息、召开网络视频会议;在回家途中,可让浴池的水自动调温、嘱咐厨房的工作人员准备晚饭;建筑内的植物能够全自动浇灌……
