【摘要】:企业文化是指企业在生产经营过程中逐步形成的,并表现出来的企业总体风采,是企业在长期的经营过程中所形成的一种企业全员所认同的集体价值观和群体竞争意识。优秀的企业文化包含着深厚的文化底蕴,是企业核心竞争力之所在。自二十一世纪以来,,中国加入世界贸易组织,并且迎来了全球经济一体化时代的到来,面对着与日俱增的市场竞争压力以及新的市场经济形势,中国的企业家们纷纷认识到企业单靠物质力量已经难以获得更多的竞争优势,他们意识到拥有一个可以传承的企业文化在维持企业长期持续发展中的作用。由此,我国企业纷纷开始重视、研究和塑造具有本企业特色的企业文化。文章以郴州市烟草公司为研究对象,在分析该了公司的文化建设现状及存在的问题后,设计了针对该公司的企业文化优化方案。 文章首先介绍了国内外关于企业文化的研究现状以及企业文化优化的相关基础理论。文章本着实事求是的态度,采用实证及规范分析的研究方法,着重分析了郴州市烟草公司企业文化建设的发展历程及现状,指出了郴州市烟草公司在企业文化认知、人本问题、文化执行力、文化建设系统性以及创新性等方面存在的问题,并且仔细的挖掘了企业在文化建设过程中产生这些问题的根源。最后文章结合烟草行业企业文化建设的相关理论与郴州市烟草公司企业文化的现状及问题,设计了一个具体的优化方案,并就存在的上述问题提出了在加强理论学习、坚持以人为本、完善制度建设、建设执行力文化以及提倡创新文化等方面进一步优化建设郴州市烟草公司企业文化的具体措施。
[Abstract]:Enterprise culture refers to the enterprise gradually formed in the process of production and management, and shows the overall style of the enterprise. It is a collective value and group competitive consciousness which is formed by the enterprise in the long-term management process. Excellent corporate culture contains profound cultural background, is the core competitiveness of enterprises. Since the 21 century, China has joined the World Trade Organization and ushered in the era of global economic integration, facing the increasing market competition pressure and the new market economy situation. Chinese entrepreneurs have come to realize that it is no longer possible for companies to gain more competitive advantages through material forces alone, and they realize the role of having a culture that can be passed on in sustaining the long-term development of enterprises. As a result, Chinese enterprises have begun to attach importance to, research and shape the enterprise culture with its own characteristics. This paper takes Chenzhou Tobacco Company as the research object, after analyzing the present situation and existing problems of the company's cultural construction, designs the optimization scheme for the company's corporate culture. Firstly, this paper introduces the research status of corporate culture at home and abroad and the relevant basic theories of corporate culture optimization. Based on the attitude of seeking truth from facts and adopting the research method of empirical and normative analysis, this paper emphatically analyzes the development course and present situation of the enterprise culture construction of Chenzhou Tobacco Company, and points out the problems of cognition and humanism in the enterprise culture of Chenzhou Tobacco Company. The problems in the aspects of culture execution, cultural construction systematization and innovation, etc., and the root causes of these problems in the process of cultural construction have been carefully excavated. Finally, combining the theory of enterprise culture construction of tobacco industry and the present situation and problems of Chenzhou tobacco company's enterprise culture, this paper designs a concrete optimization scheme, and puts forward the strengthening of theoretical study on the above problems. The concrete measures of further optimizing the enterprise culture of Chenzhou tobacco company are to insist on people-oriented, perfect the system construction, construct the culture of executive power and promote the culture of innovation.
