SG公司供应商选择及供应商项目管理研究

【摘要】:中国自入世以来,汽车制造业在中国得到了显著地发展,伴随着汽车整车制造汽车零部件业也得到了持续快速地增长。从一开始大部分汽车零部件依靠进口,转变成主机厂不断想法设法扩大整车中零部件国产化的比率。而与此同时国外绝大多数零部件制造厂也纷纷将步伐迈入中国,想在中国的市场中也占有一席之地。而各汽车整车制造厂和零部件制造厂在不断扩大自己市场的同时也在不断思考如何可以把握发展的机遇,选择合适的供应商,以及有效地控制项目在供应商处的效率以达到批量制造时产品质量的稳定和成本的降低。 本论文共分四章,以SG公司(一家总部位于德国纽伦堡的具有一百多年历史的汽车零部件制造商)为研究对象,首先分析了在目前制造业特别是汽车行业中运用普遍的供应商选择的方法,论文中以SG公司供应商选择的标准为实际案例,用现在目前运用比较广泛的AHP层次分析法对SG公司的案例做实际分析,剖析供应商选择评估的最后结果。其次,论文中还深刻分析了SG公司供应商项目管理体系,对目前汽车行业的供应商管理的难题之一做出详细解释。希望通过论文的分析对快速成长的汽车零部件企业特别是国内本土企业的发展有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Since China ' s accession to the WTO , the auto manufacturing industry has been remarkably developing in China , and the auto parts industry has been continuously and rapidly growing along with the auto - car manufacturing . At the same time , most parts and parts manufacturers of foreign countries have continuously tried to expand the ratio of the localization of parts in the whole vehicle . At the same time , most parts and parts manufacturers in foreign countries have taken a foothold in the market . Meanwhile , the auto manufacturers and parts manufacturers are constantly thinking how to grasp the opportunities of development , select the right suppliers , and effectively control the efficiency of the project at the supplier to achieve the stable and cost reduction of the product quality at the time of mass production .
This thesis is divided into four chapters , which is based on SG company ( a 100 - year - old automobile component manufacturer with a history of more than one hundred years ) in the automotive industry . At present , the paper analyzes the practical cases of SG ' s supplier selection in the current manufacturing industry , especially in the auto industry , and analyzes the final result of the supplier selection evaluation . Secondly , the paper also deeply analyzes the supplier management system of SG company , and makes a detailed explanation of the current automobile industry ' s supplier management .
