A农业机械公司在新业务模式下的采购与供应链管理

【摘要】:随着国家十二五规划的出台,我国已经明确提出需要加快农业现代化步伐,,提升农业生产机械化率,因此对于农业机械的需求一定会逐年递增。然而A公司在这样的环境下,却面临着组织结构变化,人员变动,供应链老旧等问题。 本文首先将运用PEST模型、五力模型等工具介绍A公司所在的农业行业的环境背景,以及该行业的采购与供应链管理特征。其次,本文介绍了A公司的采购与供应链情况。同时,随着A公司所在的集团对于A公司组织结构的变化,本文也将描述,A公司具体的业务模式变化范围以及这种业务模式具体带来的改变。最后本文将综合上述三方面,提出A公司在采购与供应链管理上,存在和亟待解决的问题。 本文将从供应商的选择方法(AHP)、A公司供应商细分战略、A公司在新业务模式下的库存管理与控制、总成本控制这几方面分别阐述针对现有的情况下,如何有效提高供应链水平、降低成本。 本课题的研究从实际案例出发,对于A公司如何借业务模式改变的机会,提升供应链竞争力具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the introduction of the 12th Five-Year Plan, China has clearly put forward the need to speed up the pace of agricultural modernization, improve the rate of mechanization of agricultural production, so the demand for agricultural machinery will increase year by year. However, in this environment, company A is faced with organizational structure changes, personnel changes, supply chain old and so on. In this paper, we first introduce the environment background, purchasing and supply chain management characteristics of A company's agricultural industry by means of PEST model and five-force model. Secondly, this paper introduces the purchasing and supply chain of A Company. At the same time, with the change of organization structure of company A in the group of company A, this paper will also describe the scope of the change of business model and the change brought about by this business model. Finally, this article will synthesize the above three aspects, proposes the A company in the purchase and the supply chain management, the existence and the prompt solution question. This article will explain how to improve the supply chain level effectively according to the existing situation from the supplier selection method, (AHP) A Company supplier subdivision strategy and A Company's inventory management and control under the new business model, and the total cost control, respectively, in the light of the existing situation, and how to improve the supply chain level effectively. Reduce costs. The research of this topic is based on the actual cases, which has certain reference significance for A company how to take advantage of the opportunity of changing the business model and enhance the supply chain competitiveness.
