我国汽车企业危机管理应用研究

【摘要】:我国汽车工业已发展六十余年,这期间汽车工业一直是我经济改革中影响最广、跨步最大的行业之一。中国汽车企业数量几乎是美国、日本、欧洲所有汽车企业之和,但中国汽车企业仍处于利润小、品牌弱的状况,造成这种状况的原因有多方面,其中我国汽车企业没有危机管理经验,每次各类危机都对品牌造成伤害,这直接制约我国汽车企业的品牌效益的发挥,也阻碍了我国汽车企业量变到质变进程。 本文以案例对比分析的形式对我国汽车企业危机管理的现状进行分析研究。从汽车企业危机管理的重要性入手,分析国内汽车企业危机的现状、特点、缺点,通过案例比较国内外汽车企业危机管理之间的差距,结合目前国内汽车企业的发展状况和发展趋势,阐述了危机管理在现代汽车企业中的重要性,并对丰田汽车召回、比亚迪E6电动车起火案例进行比较研究,力图探索一条合符我国国情和切实可行的汽车企业危机管理之路。 本文以文献查阅和案例分析为主,查阅了相关文献、新闻报道及专家学者的观点,运用了管理学、经济学等多学科知识,并通过案例对比分析,力求保证研究的合理性和科学性。 针对我国汽车企业危机的特殊情况,本文作者对我国汽车企业危机管理应用进行探索,创新性的提出了采取完善制度与解决问题相结合的标本兼治的策略、程序及主要危机防控管理。同时总结出了实际可行的我国汽车企业危机管理实务与技巧。 笔者总结研究认为,我国汽车企业应重视企业危机管理,从管理体制着手、从专业人才配置着手,让企业远离危机的困扰。我国汽车业也只有步入危机管理发展的前列,才能抵御风险,做强、做大,才能在世界市场上做出知名的中国汽车品牌。
[Abstract]:China's automobile industry has been developing for more than 60 years. During this period, automobile industry has been one of the most influential and striding industries in China's economic reform. The number of Chinese automobile enterprises is almost the sum of all the automobile enterprises in the United States, Japan and Europe, but the Chinese automobile enterprises are still in a situation of small profits and weak brands. There are many reasons for this situation. There is no crisis management experience in Chinese automobile enterprises, every crisis causes harm to the brand, which directly restricts the exertion of the brand benefit of the automobile enterprises in our country, and also hinders the process of quantitative change to qualitative change of the automobile enterprises in our country. In this paper, the current situation of crisis management of automobile enterprises in China is analyzed and studied in the form of comparative case analysis. Starting with the importance of crisis management of automobile enterprises, this paper analyzes the present situation, characteristics and shortcomings of domestic automobile enterprises' crisis, and compares the gap between domestic and foreign automobile enterprises' crisis management through case studies. Combined with the development situation and trend of domestic automobile enterprises, this paper expounds the importance of crisis management in modern automobile enterprises, and makes a comparative study on the case of Toyota Motor recall and BYD E6 electric vehicle fire. This paper tries to explore a feasible road of crisis management for automobile enterprises in line with the national conditions of our country. Based on literature review and case analysis, this paper reviews related documents, news reports and the views of experts and scholars, and makes use of multi-disciplinary knowledge, such as management, economics, and so on, and makes a comparative analysis of cases. Strive to ensure the rationality and scientific nature of the study. In view of the special situation of automobile enterprise crisis in our country, the author explores the application of crisis management of automobile enterprise in our country, and innovatively puts forward the strategy of adopting the combination of perfect system and solving problems. Procedures and major crisis prevention and control management. At the same time, it summarizes the practical and feasible practice and skills of crisis management of automobile enterprises in China. The author concludes that China's automobile enterprises should attach importance to the crisis management of enterprises, from the management system, from the allocation of professional personnel, so that enterprises away from the crisis problems. Only by stepping into the forefront of crisis management, can China's automobile industry resist risks, strengthen and expand, and make famous Chinese automobile brands in the world market.
