太原供电公司人力资源优化研究

【摘要】:人力资源是企业生存和发展的第一资源。随着电力工业的不断发展,电力工业进入了大电网、高电压、高技术和智能化时代,,传统的、落后的人力资源配置存在的众多问题开始凸现出来。电力工业新的发展形势和组织的快速变革、技术进步的日新月异、人才结构的失衡等新的挑战,要求供电企业人力资源配置必须更高、更快、更灵活。 然而,当前太原供电公司人力资源管理水平相对滞后,人才对公司发展的支撑力薄弱,与公司发展目标不相适应,人才问题成为制约公司新一轮快速发展的瓶颈,公司人力资源管理亟待破题。因此,结合太原供电公司实际,研究新形势下人力资源优化配置具有重要的现实指导意义,有利于提高企业的竞争优势,进而提高组织整体绩效。 本文首先对人力资源相关理论的国内外研究现状进行了分析,并对企业人力资源优化的理论基础进行了分析。其次,对太原供电公司的人力资源配置现状进行了调研、分析,指出了公司当前人力资源管理存在的突出问题。接着论文提出了人力资源优化工程的总体目标和实施原则,并分别提出了组织机构优化方案、基于内部人力资源市场的人员配置优化方案、五体系绩效管理体系优化方案和基于岗位绩效工资制度的薪酬管理优化方案。最后,对人力资源优化工程的实施效果进行了具体的分析。
[Abstract]:Human resources are the first resource for the survival and development of enterprises. With the continuous development of electric power industry, the power industry has entered the era of large power grid, high voltage, high technology and intelligent. The new situation of electric power industry, the rapid change of organization, the rapid change of technology, the imbalance of talent structure and other new challenges require higher, faster and more flexible allocation of human resources in power supply enterprises. However, at present, the level of human resource management in Taiyuan Power supply Company is relatively lagging behind, and the support of talents to the development of the company is weak, which is incompatible with the development goal of the company. The talent problem has become the bottleneck restricting the new round of rapid development of the company. The company's human resources management needs to be solved. Therefore, combining with the actual situation of Taiyuan Power supply Company, it is of great practical significance to study the optimal allocation of human resources under the new situation, which is helpful to improve the competitive advantage of enterprises and improve the overall performance of the organization. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of human resource related theories at home and abroad, and analyzes the theoretical basis of enterprise human resource optimization. Secondly, the present situation of human resource allocation in Taiyuan Power supply Company is investigated and analyzed, and the outstanding problems in current human resource management of Taiyuan Power supply Company are pointed out. Then the paper puts forward the overall goal and implementation principle of human resource optimization engineering, and puts forward the organizational optimization scheme, the optimization scheme based on the internal human resource market. Five system performance management system optimization scheme and based on post performance salary system salary management optimization plan. Finally, the implementation effect of human resource optimization project is analyzed concretely.
