中航工业HYGS发展战略研究

【摘要】:为保障国家安全,一直以来国家都特别重视国防工业的发展,投入了大量的人力、财力及物力资源,包括航空航天在内的大批军工企业享受着优越的政策支持。随着军民融合市场化进程的加速,竞争的加剧,国家对军工企业的保护伞正在渐渐移除,原有的企业发展战略在面临如今激烈的竞争环境时常显得苍白无力。 尽管十年的发展,HYGS经精化分立、重组整合后已建设成为世界航空生命安全领域主要研发机构之一。然而,要跻身世界军工行业第一阵营,实现可持续发展,不断缩小与世界同行的差距,决策层不得不更加深入思考这样一个重大问题:计划经济模式下的军工企业发展战略已经过时,现如今其总体战略模式应该是什么,在实施过程中该怎样进行控制与评价。本文拟运用战略管理等相关理论和方法,密切联系中航工业HYGS所处的内、外部环境,研究探析了HYGS面临的机遇与挑战;其次对HYGS的研发能力及资源优势等核心竞争力进行了剖析,从而得出公司目前所拥有的竞争优势与劣势;再次运用SWOT分析矩阵进行战略匹配分析,对HYGS重新进行战略定位,制定发展战略以及战略实施步骤。综上所述,本文认为HYGS所处的国家及地方外部经济环境良好,国家政策扶持条件优越,面对当前复杂的国际社会环境,消费需求也在持续扩大,另外公司还拥有良好的研发能力和资源优势,应积极“融入世界航空产业链,融入地方经济发展圈”,加快发展速度,果断选择和推进差异化的增长型发展战略。为有效实施该战略,必须从提升研发生产能力、加强企业品牌建设、加快军民融合发展及推进企业文化建设等方面做好工作。本文的研究结论,,可为公司未来发展的战略选择提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure national security, the country has always attached great importance to the development of national defense industry, invested a large number of human, financial and material resources, including aviation and aerospace, a large number of military enterprises enjoy superior policy support. With the acceleration of the process of military-civilian integration marketization and the intensification of competition, the national umbrella for military enterprises is gradually removed, and the original enterprise development strategy is often weak in the face of today's fierce competition environment. Despite ten years of development, HYGS has become one of the major research and development institutions in the field of aviation life safety. However, in order to become the first camp in the world's military industry, to achieve sustainable development and to continue to narrow the gap with the world's peers, The decision makers have to think deeply about such an important issue: the development strategy of military enterprises under the planned economy model has become outdated, now what should be the overall strategic model and how to control and evaluate it in the process of implementation. This paper intends to use strategic management and other relevant theories and methods, closely linked to the internal and external environment of HYGS, and explored the opportunities and challenges faced by HYGS; Secondly, the author analyzes the core competence of HYGS, such as R & D capability and resource advantage, and obtains the competitive advantages and disadvantages that the company has at present. Then, it uses the SWOT analysis matrix to carry on the strategic matching analysis, and reorientates the HYGS strategy. Formulate development strategy and its implementation steps. To sum up, this paper holds that HYGS is located in a good external economic environment and favorable conditions for national policy support. In the face of the current complex international social environment, consumer demand continues to expand. In addition, the company also has good R & D capabilities and resource advantages, should actively "integrate into the world aviation industry chain, into the local economic development circle", accelerate the development speed, and resolutely choose and promote the differentiated growth strategy. In order to carry out the strategy effectively, we must improve the production capacity of R & D, strengthen the brand construction of enterprises, accelerate the development of military and civilian integration and promote the construction of corporate culture. The conclusion of this paper can be used as a reference for the strategic choice of the company's future development.
