青岛市制造业与物流业联动发展研究

【摘要】：制造业与物流业之间存在着极为密切的内在联系，两者相互依存，相互促进。制造业为物流业的发展提供物流需求，物流业是制造业各个环节得以连接的桥梁和纽带。制造业的发展能够促进物流业收入的增加，，物流业现代化的实现可以进一步增强制造业的竞争力。此外，制造业与物流业分别属于国民经济的第二三产业，两者的发展对于我国经济结构的调整和工业化的进程着极为重要的影响。因此，研究制造业与物流业的联动发展，不仅对制造业和物流业本身有利，同时对发展整个国民经济和转变经济增长方式也有着极为重要的作用。青岛市作为中国东部著名的沿海开放城市，规模实力不同的制造企业与物流企业众多，并且在近十几年里许多跨国制造企业和物流企业也纷纷在青岛投资设厂。因此，研究青岛市的制造业与物流业联动发展问题，即对青岛市的经济发展具有大的推动作用，同时也能够为国内其他地区制造业和物流业的联动提供指导借鉴。 本文以青岛市制造业与物流业的联动发展为主线，在借鉴前人有关产业联动理论和制造业与物流业联动发展观点的基础上，采用定性和定量相结合的分析方法，从两业联动理论的角度对制造业与物流业联动的内涵、特征以及意义进行了新的阐述。结合青岛市制造业与物流业的发展现状，利用灰色关联度模型，选取2001到2011年青岛市货运量、货物周转量作为参考序列，地区GDP、第一产业、第三产业、规模以上工业增加值、城镇居民人均可支配收入、社会消费品零售总额与对外贸易进出口总额为比较序列，定量分析了青岛市近年来制造业与物流业联动发展的关联度，得出目前青岛市制造业与物流业联动发展关联度不高的结论。在综合分析青岛市发展两业联动的有利条件和制约因素的基础上，借鉴专家学者的研究成果和制造业与物流业联动发展的新趋势，提出促进青岛市制造业与物流业联动发展的几条路径和保障路径顺利实施的具体措施。
[Abstract]:There is a close internal relation between manufacturing industry and logistics industry, they depend on each other and promote each other. The manufacturing industry provides the logistics demand for the development of the logistics industry, which is the bridge and link between the various links of the manufacturing industry. The development of manufacturing industry can promote the increase of logistics industry income, and the realization of logistics industry modernization can further enhance the competitiveness of manufacturing industry. In addition, manufacturing industry and logistics industry belong to the second and third industries of the national economy respectively. The development of the two industries plays an extremely important role in the adjustment of economic structure and the process of industrialization in China. Therefore, the study of the linkage development of manufacturing and logistics industry is not only beneficial to the manufacturing industry and logistics industry, but also plays an extremely important role in developing the whole national economy and changing the mode of economic growth. As a famous coastal open city in eastern China, Qingdao has many manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises with different scale, and many multinational manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises have also invested in Qingdao in recent ten years. Therefore, the study of the linkage development of manufacturing and logistics industry in Qingdao can promote the economic development of Qingdao, and also provide guidance and reference for the linkage of manufacturing and logistics in other parts of China. This paper takes the linkage development of Qingdao manufacturing and logistics industry as the main line, on the basis of drawing lessons from previous theories of industrial linkage and linkage development of manufacturing industry and logistics industry, adopts qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. This paper expounds the connotation, characteristics and significance of the linkage between manufacturing and logistics from the angle of the theory of linkage between two industries. Combined with the development situation of Qingdao manufacturing and logistics industry, using the grey correlation degree model, this paper selects Qingdao's freight volume and goods turnover as reference sequence from 2001 to 2011, and the regional GDP, primary industry, tertiary industry, and industrial added value above scale. The per capita disposable income of urban residents, the total retail sales of social consumer goods and the total import and export of foreign trade are compared in sequence, and the correlation degree of the linkage development between manufacturing and logistics industry in Qingdao in recent years is analyzed quantitatively. The conclusion that the linkage development of Qingdao manufacturing industry and logistics industry is not high. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the favorable conditions and restrictive factors for the development of the linkage between the two industries in Qingdao, the author draws lessons from the research results of experts and scholars and the new trend of the linkage development between manufacturing and logistics. This paper puts forward several paths to promote the linkage development of Qingdao manufacturing and logistics industry and concrete measures to guarantee the smooth implementation of these paths.
