LT葡萄酒贸易公司的海外并购战略研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济的蓬勃发展,越来越多的中国企业意识到只有走出国门融入到世界经济体系当中,才能具有更强的竞争优势。作为广泛便捷的方式,海外并购日益受到企业界的青睐和学术界的关注。 本文结合LT公司的经营状况,针对葡萄酒行业贸易型公司的海外并购进行了论述。作为经营葡萄酒的贸易公司,面对着国内外市场的激烈竞争,如何才能将企业做大做强,跻身国际化企业行列是LT公司当前面临的问题。本文围绕着一条主线“海外并购战略的分析——海外并购战略的制定——海外并购战略的实施”逐步展开。论文结合实际资料详细论述了LT公司为了提升核心竞争力采取的海外并购战略,分析了并购的内外部环境及动因、目标的选择与确定、战略体系的安排及部署、风险的应对及战略的实施,系统性地研究了企业海外并购的全过程,并在最后对LT公司海外并购战略的实施效果进行了评价。并在此基础上反思了此次并购的不足与改进措施,以期为该行业的海外发展提供借鉴之处。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of the global economy, more and more Chinese enterprises realize that only when they go abroad and integrate into the world economic system can they have a stronger competitive advantage. As a wide and convenient way, overseas M & A is increasingly favored by the business community and the academic community. Combined with the management of LT Company, this paper discusses the overseas M & A of the trading companies in the wine industry. As a wine trading company, facing the fierce competition at home and abroad, how to make the enterprise bigger and stronger and join the international enterprise is the problem that LT company faces at present. This article revolves around a main line: analysis of overseas M & A strategy-formulation of overseas M & A strategy-implementation of overseas M & A strategy. This paper discusses in detail the overseas M & A strategy adopted by LT Company in order to enhance its core competence, analyzes the internal and external environment and motivation of M & A, the choice and determination of objectives, the arrangement and deployment of the strategic system. This paper systematically studies the whole process of overseas M & A of enterprises and evaluates the effect of overseas M & A strategy of LT Company in the end. On this basis, this paper reflects on the shortcomings and improvement measures of the M & A, in order to provide reference for the overseas development of the industry.
