产品导向型船舶物资管理流程研究

【摘要】：当今国际船舶市场竞争日益激烈，我国造船企业为了提高企业的综合竞争力，采取了一系列措施，以提升船舶产品质量，但是企业的物资管理模式并不能完全适应船厂现有的造船模式。船舶的物资管理作为船舶企业管理的一个非常重要组成部分，对企业的生存发展有着重要的影响。要想在金融危机以及国际形势的压迫下求得生存就必须加大造船物资管理的成本控制力度。通过对物资管理流程及库存的综合管理来有效降低企业成本，这是国内造船企业面临的重要课题。要实现产品导向型的物资管理流程，信息技术的运用必不可少，在我国的造船企业中信息管理的主要方式还处在手工式的工作单以及电子表格等阶段，工作效率非常低下，物资库存很难得到控制，上下信息不能进行及时沟通，，企业成本很难得到降低。在船舶企业中物资所占资金占总资金的绝大部分，直接影响着企业的竞争实力，而船厂传统的物资管理流程相当混乱，已经无法适应现代造船模式的发展要求，将传统的物资管理流程转变为适合于产品导向型生产的物资管理流程已经迫在眉睫。本文针对国内现有船舶企业物资管理的现状，对传统的物资管理流程进行了全面的调查与分析，发现传统的物资管理流程有许多弊端。针对这些弊端，本文从物资的流通量管理及物资的托盘集配两方面分别进行了论述。并以流程现状及企业发展要求为基础，通过对物资计划、物资分类、库存优化、物资清单、供应链管理、托盘集配等内容的研究，论述了产品导向型船舶物资管理流程的实施特征，得出了实际可行的实施流程及方法。并在此流程基础上，将该流程应用于产品导向型的物资管理系统，该系统集成了物资的整个供应流程，能够确保物资供应的准时、准量、准确性。这些论证及分析对我国的船舶企业物资管理有着较大的实际意义及参考价值。本文在流程分析的基础上结合物资管理系统将物资管理流程在计算机中得以实现。该系统以Microsoft.NET为开发基础平台，具有良好的人机交互界面。采用C#语言进行开发，运用Microsoft SQL Sever2005为底层数据库。具有较强的安全性，使得产品导向型的物资管理在系统中得以较好的实现。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the international ship market competition is increasingly fierce. In order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprises, our shipbuilding enterprises have taken a series of measures to improve the quality of ship products. However, the material management mode of the enterprise can not fully adapt to the existing shipbuilding mode of shipyard. As a very important part of ship enterprise management, ship material management has an important influence on the survival and development of the enterprise. In order to survive under the oppression of financial crisis and international situation, we must strengthen the cost control of shipbuilding material management. It is an important task for domestic shipbuilding enterprises to reduce the cost effectively through the comprehensive management of material management process and inventory. In order to realize the product-oriented material management process, the use of information technology is essential. In our shipbuilding enterprises, the main way of information management is still in the stage of manual work orders and spreadsheets, and the work efficiency is very low. Material inventory is difficult to control, information can not be timely communication, enterprise costs are difficult to be reduced. In the shipbuilding enterprises, the material accounts for the vast majority of the total funds, which directly affects the competitive strength of the enterprises. However, the traditional material management process of the shipyard is quite chaotic, which can no longer meet the requirements of the development of modern shipbuilding mode. It is urgent to change the traditional material management process into one suitable for product-oriented production. In view of the current situation of material management in domestic shipbuilding enterprises, this paper makes a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the traditional material management process, and finds that there are many drawbacks in the traditional material management process. In view of these disadvantages, this paper discusses the circulation management of materials and the pallet set of materials respectively. And on the basis of process status and enterprise development requirements, through the material planning, material classification, inventory optimization, material inventory, supply chain management, pallet set, and other content research, This paper discusses the implementation characteristics of product-oriented ship material management process, and obtains the practical and feasible implementation process and method. On the basis of this process, the process is applied to the product-oriented material management system. The system integrates the whole supply process of goods and materials, and can ensure the punctual, accurate and accurate supply of materials. These argumentation and analysis are of great practical significance and reference value to the material management of shipbuilding enterprises in our country. On the basis of process analysis, this paper combines material management system to realize material management process in computer. The system is based on Microsoft.NET and has a good man-machine interface. C # language is used to develop and Microsoft SQL Sever2005 is used as the underlying database. With strong security, product-oriented material management in the system can be better realized.
