湘潭通达线缆有限公司企业成长战略研究

【摘要】:“十二五”规划期间,随着智能电网建设集中性招标的开始,我国电线电缆行业迎来一个新的发展阶段。这些招标项目的特点是多数规模较小、较分散,为我国众多中小线缆企业提供了良好的市场机遇。作为中小线缆企业中的一员,湘潭通达线缆有限公司的决策层在以往忙于事务性工作,而忽略了对关系成长战略的研究。因此,如何制定合适的成长战略,并在实施的过程中根据市场情况不断调整,是湘潭通达线缆有限公司茁壮成长的前提条件。 本文首先研究了中小企业进行战略管理的必要性,对中小企业成长战略理论进行了详细的研究;通过分析湘潭通达线缆有限公司当前所处的宏观环境、线缆行业环境、市场竞争环境等外部环境以及企业内部环境,结合公司经营现状,说明湘潭通达线缆有限公司进行战略管理的必要性;依据成长战略理论,对湘潭通达线缆有限公司所处的内部和外部环境进行分析,制定合适的成长战略,湘潭通达线缆有限公司的成长进行规划。湘潭通达线缆有限公司选择集中一点战略和依附成长战略在完成品牌推广和把细分市场做专做透后,湘潭通达线缆有限公司考虑通过兼并收购方式,扩大生产规模,实现规模收益。同时,公司通过与一些知名高校建立校企研发中心等方式,培育研发能力,不断创新产品,湘潭通达线缆有限公司力争进入中高端线缆市场。在此基础上,针对湘潭通达线缆有限公司成长过程中表现出的特点,提出了从研发、品牌和网络营销、人力资源、企业文化五个方面的对策,保障成长战略的实施,希望为湘潭通达线缆有限公司的健康持续成长提供有益的参考。
[Abstract]:During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, with the start of centralized bidding for smart grid construction, China's wire and cable industry ushered in a new stage of development. The characteristics of these bidding projects are that most of them are small and dispersed, which provides a good market opportunity for many small and medium-sized cable enterprises in China. As a member of medium and small cable enterprises, the decision makers of Xiangtan Tongda Cable Co., Ltd. were busy with routine work in the past, but neglected the study of relationship growth strategy. Therefore, how to formulate a suitable growth strategy and adjust continuously according to the market conditions in the process of implementation is the prerequisite for Xiangtan Tongda Cable Co., Ltd to thrive. Firstly, this paper studies the necessity of strategic management for small and medium-sized enterprises, and makes a detailed study on the growth strategy theory of small and medium-sized enterprises, and analyzes the macro environment and cable industry environment of Xiangtan Tongda Cable Co., Ltd., which is currently located in Xiangtan Tongda Cable Co., Ltd. The external environment such as the market competition environment and the internal environment of the enterprise, combined with the current situation of the company, explains the necessity of the strategic management of Xiangtan Tongda Cable Co., Ltd., according to the growth strategy theory, This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Xiangtan Tongda Cable Co., Ltd., and formulates the appropriate growth strategy, and plans the growth of Xiangtan Tongda Cable Co., Ltd. Xiangtan Tongda Cable Co., Ltd. Has chosen to concentrate a bit of strategy and adhere to the growth strategy. After completing the brand promotion and making specific use of the market segment, Xiangtan Tongda Cable Co., Ltd. considers expanding its production scale through merger and acquisition. The realization of scale gains. At the same time, the company through some well-known colleges and universities to establish research and development center, cultivate R & D capabilities, constantly innovative products, Xiangtan Tongda Cable Co., Ltd. strive to enter the high-end cable market. On this basis, in view of the characteristics of Xiangtan Tongda Cable Co., Ltd., it puts forward the countermeasures from five aspects of R & D, brand and network marketing, human resources and corporate culture to ensure the implementation of the growth strategy. Hope for Xiangtan Tongda Cable Co., Ltd. healthy and sustainable growth to provide a useful reference.
