基于全寿命周期管理的输变电资产综合评价应用研究
[Abstract]:Asset life cycle management is a management concept of great significance in the field of asset management. It can ensure the safety and reliability of power grid and improve the efficiency of use of power network assets by handling the relationship among safety, efficiency and cycle cost as a whole. Reduce life cycle cost, realize Lean, whole process, all-round management of power grid equipment. However, the application of asset life cycle management to reflect its real value has not been widely carried out, and the evaluation of asset life cycle management is even less. This paper analyzes the current research situation of asset life cycle management and comprehensive evaluation system at home and abroad, briefly expounds the basic theory of life cycle management, and expounds the basic theory of establishing evaluation index system. The theory is applied to the process of establishing the comprehensive evaluation index system of the whole life cycle of assets, and a set of comprehensive evaluation index system is formed. Starting from the concern of the actual work, this set of index system split the evaluation target from many angles, and analyzed the actual data of Beijing EHV Company by an example. Finally, The limitations of the evaluation system and suggestions for improvement are given. The comprehensive evaluation of asset life cycle management as a relatively advanced research, although the research results have its inherent limitations, but from the process of its establishment or the actual case study, the index has practical significance. The evaluation results of the indicators are in line with the actual situation, therefore, this set of indicators system can also provide reference for other companies to study the index system.
