三大国有石油石化行业社会责任报告比较分析——以2011、2012年报告为例

【摘要】：如今,我国企业每年发布的社会责任报告数量日益增多,但与国外企业相比,在质量和内容上均有进一步改进的空间。本文以中国石油天然气集团公司、中国石化集团公司、中国海洋石油总公司三家行业领军企业的2011年度报告与2012年度报告作为研究对象,通过对三家企业社会责任报告的比较,归纳出报告的编制特点,并从报告内容、编制依据、信息披露方式以及第三方审验等方面做出分析,为提高国内石油石化企业的社会责任报告质量提供可行性建议。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the number of social responsibility reports issued by Chinese enterprises is increasing day by day, but compared with foreign enterprises, there is room for further improvement in quality and content. This paper takes the 2011 annual report and 2012 annual report of China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petrochemical Corporation and China National Offshore Oil Corporation as the research objects, and compares the three corporate social responsibility reports. The characteristics of the report are summarized and analyzed from the aspects of report content, basis, information disclosure and third party inspection and so on, in order to provide feasible suggestions for improving the quality of social responsibility report of domestic petroleum and petrochemical enterprises.
