天津港钢材物流公司转型升级策略研究

【摘要】:在国内,去年全年钢铁产量保持较低的同比增长速度,近期在一系列稳增长措施的拉动作用下,钢铁生产增速才有所回升。据当前在建以及计划新增产能估计,2013年新增产能将在4000万吨左右,故短期内钢铁供大于求的矛盾很难得到根本缓解。天津港作为中国北方最大的人工港口,同时也是最重要的钢材集散基地之一,承担着我国南北钢材海陆运输集散的重大任务。近几年来,天津港从战略转型角度出发,转变经营思路,创新发展理念,从追求吞吐量增长带动企业效益增加,向以多元化经营、产业链延长等高附加值经营方式实现企业经济效益的最大化。天津港钢材物流有限公司是一家成立于2006年8月18日的中外合资企业,正走在奋发图强,力求跻身全国知名物流企业的道路上。为了迎合天津港的转型升级,为了为客户提供更好、更专业的物流服务,天津港钢材物流有限公司的转型升级也势在必行。 本论文首先从国内外的经济发展宏观形势和天津港的整体转型发展出发,探讨了天津港钢材物流有限公司转型升级的可操作性。为了找准问题,采用了客户满意度调查的方法,以帮助发现和明确问题所在,为进一步展开论述研究打下了良好的基础。在此基础上,综合考虑了天津港钢材物流有限公司的外部环境和内部因素,运用SWOT分析的科学方法,,确定了天津港钢材物流有限公司内部转型的战略方针。选定战略后,对现有服务项目中客户最不满意的项目通过业务流程程序分析进行改善,并应用提出增加新的业务项目。其后参照既定战略,在人力资源方面和电子信息平台建设方面提出相应的改善措施。在具体措施的制定过程中,应用了流程程序分析图,层次分析法等科学的分析方法,确保了具体方案措施的准确性,合理性。对在措施实施的具体过程中遇到的问题,提出了解决方案。并通过具体的数字分析比较,检验实施效果。
[Abstract]:At home, steel production grew at a slower pace for the whole of last year than a year earlier, and only recently did it pick up, helped by a series of steady growth measures. With construction currently under way and planned new capacity estimated at around 40 million tonnes in 2013, it is difficult to fundamentally ease the problem of oversupply of steel in the short term. As the largest artificial port in northern China, Tianjin Port is also one of the most important steel distribution bases. In recent years, from the perspective of strategic transformation, Tianjin Port has changed its business thinking, innovated its concept of development, driven the increase of enterprise benefits from the pursuit of throughput growth, and turned to diversified management. Industrial chain extension and other high-value-added management to maximize the economic benefits of enterprises. Tianjin Port Steel Logistics Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture established on August 18, 2006. In order to cater for the transformation and upgrade of Tianjin Port, to provide better and more professional logistics services for customers, the transformation and upgrading of Tianjin Port Steel Logistics Co., Ltd. is imperative. This paper first discusses the feasibility of Tianjin Port Steel Logistics Co., Ltd.'s transformation and upgrading from the macro situation of economic development at home and abroad and the overall transformation and development of Tianjin Port. In order to find the right problem, the method of customer satisfaction survey is adopted to help to find out the problem and lay a good foundation for further research. On this basis, the external environment and internal factors of Tianjin Port Steel Logistics Co., Ltd. are considered synthetically, and the strategic policy of internal transformation of Tianjin Port Steel Logistics Co., Ltd is determined by using the scientific method of SWOT analysis. After the strategy is selected, the most unsatisfactory items in the existing service items are improved through business process program analysis, and new business items are added by application. Then, according to the established strategy, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward in the aspects of human resources and electronic information platform construction. In the process of making the concrete measures, some scientific analytical methods, such as process program analysis diagram and analytic hierarchy process, are used to ensure the accuracy and rationality of the concrete program measures. The solutions to the problems encountered in the implementation of the measures are put forward. And through the specific digital analysis and comparison, test the effect of implementation.
