回春堂药业公司企业竞争力演化研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济一体化步伐的加快,各国企业都面临着如何在日益复杂的竞争环境中,保证企业长期、稳定和持续地获得更高的收益率等突出问题。国内外管理者都感到企业之间的竞争更加充分地体现出动态的特征,企业面临的竞争环境复杂性大大提高,企业竞争内容的多现性越来越明显,优势企业的竞争力持续时间大大缩短。很多企业意识到,要想长期、稳定和持续地获得高于市场平均水平的收益率,不能只依靠长期竞争优势的巩固和发挥,还要不断地创造短期的竞争优势。企业竞争力的动态演化已逐渐引起学术界的广泛关注,产生了大量关于企业竞争力演化的动力机制、发展路径及意义等方面的研究成果。但较少从动态方面深入分析动力机制对企业竞争力在演化过程中的作用机理,尤其是内、外部动力机制在企业竞争力演化过程所形成的协同互补关系研究更少。 本文认为企业的竞争优势始终界于短期均衡与长期演化的两种状态转化过程之中,如果将企业比作处于斜面上的球体,则必须通过持续的策动力量才能保持其不断进步,否则企业将会不停下滑,因此企业竞争力不是恒定的而是可以改变的。企业质量和竞争速度是决定企业竞争力的主要参数:一方面,在一定环境条件下,企业的质量和竞争速度成反比;另一方面,企业质量和竞争速度之间具有一定互补性。因此,应在动态上把各参数有机地联系在一起。 企业竞争力的演化必须在一定的推动机制下才能有效实现,并不是一个能动的自发过程,内外部动力机制的共同作用构成了企业竞争力演化的动力系统,推动了企业各个层面的创新,最终成为企业竞争力演化的源泉。 四川回春堂药业连锁有限公司作为典型的中型民营家族企业,经过二十多年的历程,得到了飞速的发展,无疑是研究民营企业竞争力的典型案例。本文运用企业竞争力演化的理论对回春堂药业的企业竞争力演化历程做出了客观的分析,,同时,提出应通过不断完善家族经营模式、适度选择公司发展规模、转变竞争方式、争取合理的融资环境等多种途径对增强民营企业的动态竞争能力做出进一步探索。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the global economic integration, the enterprises of all countries are faced with the outstanding problems such as how to ensure the enterprises to obtain higher returns in the long-term, stable and continuous in the increasingly complex competitive environment. Managers at home and abroad feel that the competition between enterprises more fully reflects the dynamic characteristics, the complexity of the competitive environment faced by enterprises is greatly improved, and the diversification of enterprise competition content is becoming more and more obvious. The duration of competitive power of superior enterprises is greatly shortened. Many enterprises realize that in order to obtain a long-term, stable and sustained rate of return higher than the average level of the market, we should not only rely on the consolidation and play of long-term competitive advantage, but also constantly create short-term competitive advantage. The dynamic evolution of enterprise competitiveness has been paid more and more attention by academic circles, and has produced a lot of research achievements on the dynamic mechanism, development path and significance of enterprise competitiveness evolution. However, the mechanism of dynamic mechanism in the process of enterprise competitiveness evolution is less deeply analyzed from the dynamic aspect, especially in the internal and external dynamic mechanism in the evolution process of enterprise competitiveness formed by the collaborative and complementary relationship less. This paper argues that the competitive advantage of an enterprise is always in the process of transition between short-term equilibrium and long-term evolution. If the enterprise is compared to a sphere on the oblique plane, it must be maintained by continuous driving force. Otherwise, enterprises will continue to decline, so the competitiveness of enterprises is not constant but can be changed. The quality and competitive speed of enterprises are the main parameters to determine the competitiveness of enterprises: on the one hand, under certain environmental conditions, the quality of enterprises is inversely proportional to the speed of competition; on the other hand, there is a certain complementarity between the quality and competitive speed of enterprises. Therefore, the parameters should be linked together dynamically. The evolution of enterprise competitive power must be realized effectively under certain driving mechanism, and it is not a dynamic spontaneous process. The combined action of internal and external dynamic mechanism constitutes the dynamic system of enterprise competitive power evolution. Promote the innovation of all levels of the enterprise, and finally become the source of the evolution of the competitiveness of the enterprise. Sichuan Huichutang Pharmaceutical chain Co., Ltd., as a typical medium-sized private family enterprise, has been developing rapidly after more than 20 years. It is undoubtedly a typical case to study the competitiveness of private enterprises. Based on the theory of enterprise competitiveness evolution, this paper makes an objective analysis of the evolution process of the enterprise competitiveness of Huichun Tang Pharmaceutical Industry. At the same time, it puts forward that we should improve the family management mode, choose the scale of the company's development appropriately, and change the competition mode through the continuous improvement of the family management mode. Strive for a reasonable financing environment and other ways to enhance the dynamic competitiveness of private enterprises to make further exploration.
