基于负荷响应率的火电厂控制策略及经济运行评价

【摘要】:电力市场的开展需要稳定、可靠的运营环境。一个安全、优质、经济运行的电力系统是进行电力、电量交易的重要条件。随着国内各区域电网的峰谷差越来越大,电能质量和电网安全运行受到较大影响,,调度运行困难越来越大。自动发电控制是实现在线经济调度的必备条件,能优化发电调度,降低发电费用。“两个细则”是为了维护电力系统的安全稳定运行,保证电能质量,是一种辅助管理措施。本文主要围绕当前主流的600MW机组,提出基于负荷响应率的安全经济运行策略。 首先对国内外火电厂自动发电控制和经济性评价的相关研究进行了总结概述;其次,广泛收集相关资料对火电厂运行优化策略与经济性相关理论进行详细解读,根据河北南网某电厂机组基于负荷响应率的运行优化工作实践,研究分析了该类机组在河北南网实现运行效益最大化的影响因素和工作成果;再次,根据相关理论资料结合河北南网某电厂的实际情况,提出建立火电厂基于负荷响应率的运行优化及经济性综合评价,对该火电厂基于“两个细则”市场环境运营情况进行综合分析评价,以验证并探究影响河北南网该类机组火电厂运行经济性的主要影响因素;最后从该电厂“两个细则”的实施实证这些因素的影响程度,并提出从优化机组负荷响应率出发找到机组既安全又经济的平衡点,从发电机组DCS系统性能、设备可靠性、企业管理等多方面对如何更好地提升发电机组负荷响应率提出了策略,并说明以设备可靠性管理为基础的火电厂经济运行重要的现实意义,来实现火电厂全寿命期内综合效益最大化与可持续发展。
[Abstract]:The development of power market needs a stable and reliable operating environment. A safe, high quality and economical power system is an important condition for power and electricity trading. With the increasing peak and valley difference of power grid in various regions of China, the power quality and safe operation of power grid are greatly affected, and the dispatching operation is becoming more and more difficult. Automatic power generation control is a necessary condition to realize online economic dispatching, which can optimize power generation scheduling and reduce power generation cost. The two rules are an auxiliary management measure to maintain the safe and stable operation of the power system and ensure the power quality. This paper mainly focuses on the current mainstream 600MW units, and puts forward a safe and economic operation strategy based on load response rate. Firstly, the related research on automatic power generation control and economic evaluation of thermal power plants at home and abroad is summarized and summarized. Secondly, the relevant data are widely collected to interpret the theory of operation optimization strategy and economy of thermal power plant in detail. According to the operation optimization practice of a power plant unit based on load response rate in Hebei South Power Network, The influencing factors and work results of maximizing the operation benefit of this kind of unit in Hebei South Power Network are studied and analyzed. Thirdly, according to the relevant theoretical data and the actual situation of a power plant in southern Hebei network, the operation optimization and economic comprehensive evaluation of thermal power plant based on load response rate are put forward. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the operation of the thermal power plant based on the "two detailed rules" in order to verify and explore the main influencing factors on the operation economy of this kind of thermal power plant in Hebei Southern Power Network. Finally, the influence degree of these factors is proved by the implementation of the two detailed rules of the power plant, and the safe and economical balance point of the unit is found from optimizing the load response rate of the unit, from the performance of the DCS system of the generator set and the reliability of the equipment. The strategy of how to improve the load response rate of generator set is put forward in many aspects, such as enterprise management, and the important practical significance of economic operation of thermal power plant based on equipment reliability management is explained. To realize the maximization and sustainable development of comprehensive benefit in the whole life period of thermal power plant.
