全球化对人力资源管理的影响加纳GiHoc酒厂和可口可乐公司的多重案例研究

  全球化时代的来临加剧了企业之间的竞争,为此,需要企业根据全球业务的动态来改善其人力资源管理系统。本研究旨在探讨全球化对加纳GIHOC酒厂和可口可乐公司(CCCL)人力资源管理的影响程度。全球化给各个经济部门带来了更多的资源和市场。但是在加纳,外商直接投资(FDI)的企业实践行为受到了广泛的质疑,并且在学术界一直存在争议。饮料行业是第一批受益于大规模外商直接投资的公司,因此,以该行业为研究对象有助于深入地分析FDI对企业存续时间长短的影响。加纳饮料行业的发展主要表现出两种独特的趋势,其中一家最大的饮料公司被外国投资者所接管(可口可乐),而另一家加纳饮料巨头(GIHOC Distilleries)仍然掌握在当地投资者手中,前者是一家总部设在美国的跨国公司,后者则由加纳政府全资拥有。本研究试图填补有关加纳在该研究领域中文献的空白。本文的研究结论不仅能为负责管理加纳本土公司与全球公司竞争的国家机构提供政策依据,还将为GIHOC Distilleries和可口可乐公司的政策审查提供可持续的人力资源管理系统和政策。本文查阅和梳理了与全球化和人力资源管理方面相关的文献,并界定了全球化和人力资源管理的...
