俄罗斯联邦与中国之间能源经济合作发展前景的研究

　　近年来,随着俄罗斯与西方国家在乌克兰问题上的激烈冲突,俄罗斯政府主动加强与中国的能源合作,并与中国就油气贸易达成了一系列重要协议。相应地,我国能源缺口巨大,70%的原油来自进口,国内天然气供应能力十分有限。中俄能源供需的高度互补性构成了研究的背景和前提。这项研究的主要目的是分析俄中经济合作的现状,找出阻碍其发展的主要问题,并提出一系列有助于解决这些问题的建议。燃料和能源综合体在俄罗斯联邦和中国的经济中发挥着重要作用,但是,自21世纪初以来,由于经济增长的需求不断增加,中国一直在国内生产与能源消费之间出现差距。目前,中俄能源合作正在取得巨大进展,但进一步合作的空间巨大。目前,俄罗斯的石油产品占中国石油进口的15%。相应地,俄罗斯的石油产品占世界市场的20%以上。此外,俄罗斯是西欧的主要天然气供应国,但在中国天然气进口领土上,俄产品占比不到10%。因此,就目前形势而言,俄中能源合作还有进一步扩大的空间。俄罗斯和中国之间的能源合作具有战略意义,并且具有互利的利益。首先,这一领域的合作有助于加强东北亚的能源安全。其次,互动为双方的燃料和能源综合体的发展开辟了前景。第三,俄罗斯联邦在为昂贵的项目...
